Kira wandered through the halls, looking for a certain green bean. She hadn't really seen him much during the cavalry battle so she wanted to use this lunch break as an opportunity to ask him how it went. She sighed as she rounded yet another corner, but Midoriya wasn't to be found. "Where did that broccoli head walk off to..." 

"You're doing good." Kira gasped and immediately looked behind her at the sound of a low voice. She instinctively took a step back when she saw her fathers' face, flashbacks of just a few days ago running through her mind. Her cheek stung at the sight of his face and she furrowed her eyebrows in a defensive glare.

"So now you're acknowledging me? Seriously?" Kira's father sighed and ran a hand through his hair in frustration. "Come back home, Kira." Kira scoffed as a painful smirk appeared. "Why the hell would I do that? You literally punched me in the face over something I can't even control and on top of that, you ignore my existence for an accident that happened years ago. What difference does it make if I'm home or not except for being your personal punching bag!"

Hagashi swallowed thickly, a frown on his face. "I... I thought I could handle you being away, but it's just not the same without you at home.. Since your mother died, I needed someone or something to blame and that person became you.. but after being alone.. I realised that isn't the case! Please Kira, just come back to me! I want to fix this!" Kira frowned as she felt a knot in her throat. 

He was apologising to her and it seemed sincere, yet Kira couldn't find it in herself to forgive him. She sighed as she turned around, her back facing him now. "I need some time. I can't forgive you for everything just because you're apologising. You ignored me for years, made me feel guilty for mom's death, hid the fact that I had a brother and punched me in the face. You seriously hurt me Hagashi and I just need some time to think. Plus, I've got a festival to compete in right now. I appreciate you coming to watch me."

Kira began walking away, leaving her father to watch her back. Before she rounded the corner, she stopped in her tracks and looked over her shoulder, an emotion on her face that Hagashi couldn't quite understand. "I'll show you that I'm a true hero, so watch me today. I'm staying at the Midoriya household. I'll let you know when I'll come back." After that, she disappeared behind the corner.

Hagashi steadied himself against the wall as he took in a shaky breath. He took his phone out of his pocket and dialled the most recent number. After a few rings, someone answered. "So? Is she coming back?" Kira's father put on a stern look as sweat formed on his forehead. "Give me a few more days. You'll have her back, I just need some more time." The person on the other line sighed and Hagashi waited for a few seconds until a response came. "Four days. That's all you're getting, old man." Hagashi sighed in relief, his hand rubbing over his face. "I won't disappoint you, Kameru."

Kira rubbed her shoulder as she felt a slight pressure on her muscles. Damn Bakugou and his stupid big ass muscles. "Yamari! There you are!" Kira turned around as she heard Kaminari's yell. He and Mineta came jogging towards her, both of them exhaling as they arrived by her side. "Woah, why aren't you in uniform yet? Aizawa is gonna be so pissed if you don't hurry!" Kira's face contorted into one of confusion before looking down at her outfit.

"Uniform? What do you mean?" Mineta clicked his tongue as he began waving his arm around and pointed to the direction of the changing rooms. "All the 1-A girls were asked to perform a cheerleading performance! The rest of the girls are changing right now! You should hurry!" Kira raised a suspicious eyebrow at the two perverts of the class. "I'm not really buying it guys. I mean, if this is a joke-" Kaminari interrupted her, a serious look on his face. "It's not a joke Yamari, we came looking for you because the girls had to change. We wouldn't lie to you like this! You know me!"
