chapter 16: the truth

♡the next saturday♡

y/n: "Hey guys... now that we've been friends for a while and I've been you guys' manager for a few months, um I think I should be really honest with you guys. I'm gonna tell you something that only a couple of people know" I played with my thumbs

S: "No need to be nervous y/n we're all friends now. No matter what it is we'll support you"

y/n: "It's nothing I need support with it's just a secret that i've been keeping"

Y: "Okay then. You can trust us"

y/n: "You won't think any different about me?"

S: "No"

Y: "Never"

H: "Of course not"

y/n: "And you won't tell anyone"

D: "Why would we? It's your secret not ours to tell"

y/n: "Yeah but..."

As: "We won't. Just trust us."

y/n: "NO ONE!" I yelled out of nowhere. Grabbing everyones attention. I just coughed to gain back my compositor

Y: "y/n I'm starting to get nervous"

As: "Are you okay?"

S: "Just tell us and with each word, more and more stress will get off your chest"

y/n: "I-I'm" suddenly a cat caught my tongue (I'm hilarious) and the words just wouldn't come out "I-I"

S: "It's okay y/n you can tell us when yo-"

Instead of saying anything I took off my hoodie then faced them

Ta: "Oh my god... You look EXACTLY like Karenta Kitty!"

y/n: "Guys... I AM Kitty"

H: "YOU'RE KITTY"

y/n: "Shhhh! Someone might hear you!"

H: "Oh sorry..."

N: "Guys... we've been playing with THE Karenta Kitty!"

y/n: "guys..."

N: "This is the best day ever!"

y/n: "guys"

Ta: "Oh shit we've been fanboying over her infront of her!"

y/n: "Guys"

Ka: "That explains so much now. How she got those tickets, why has to leave all the time!"

y/n: "GUYS! PLEASE DON'T FREAK OUT! I'm still y/n you know."

H: "Yeah but you're also-"

y/n: "I know! See this is why I never want to tell people! Why I don't want anyone to know! They ALWAYS react like this! They freak out! Everyone always forgets that I'm a normal girl." I started to tear up and without thinking I hugged Kei tightly and nuzzled my head into his chest where he just patted my head unsure of what else to do.

S: "We're sorry y/n"

D: "It wasn't right to freak out like that"

As: "We were all just so surprised and excited" I let go of Tsukki and looked over at the team teary eyed

y/n: "Guys I'm serious when I say don't tell anyone. This is a really big deal. I cant let people know yet"

Y: "Yet?"

y/n: "Well as much as I'd hate to say it, everyones going to figure it out sooner or later"

♡after practice at the cafe♡

T: "So you finally decided to tell everyone?"

y/n: "Only the team and I hate to say it but... you were right... There was a lot of stress released after I told them... well after they stopped freaking out... because of what you said, I decided to trust the team. They've just been. I honestly don't know. The team isn't like everyone else."

T: "Yeah they're all idiots"

y/n: "Urusai"

T: "Am I wrong?"

y/n: "It's mean to talk about your team like that"

T: "Urusai kitten"

y/n: "To quote Yams 'gomen Tsukki'" I chuckled to myself

T: "And you told ME to not make fun of the team"

y/n: "Hey this is different"

T: "How?"

y/n: "First, I was just quoting. Two, I was teasing. You meant it"

T: "Same thing"

y/n: "It's not"

T: "Whatever."
