Chapter 28

The next day, Daniel was alone with his cats in his house, because Stacy was with her family.

Remembering what he saw last night, he was pissed and upset. Clearly, he was also jealous. Very very jealous. But he couldn't do anything.

*meow* *meow*

"Don't even look for her, Rooney. She hasn't been talking to me for like a month already."

*meow* *meow*

"You miss her? I do, too. But what can I do? I was such a fool for not talking to her, I think I even avoided her. Now she's happy.."

*meow* *meow*

Daniel didn't give the the cat a look. He feels guilty.

Meanwhile, Jimin and Jihyo are on their way to Daniel's house to get Jihyo's things. They're currently using Rosie's car, and Jimin's driving while Jihyo tells him the direction.

Jihyo feels nervous, but she somewhat feels relieved.

"Be quick, okay? Do you want me to help you?" Jimin asked Jihyo.

"Uhm.. I think it'll be good, but I think I can handle." she answered.

"You think so?"

"Y-yeah. Turn left."

"Are you sure? I'll help you, Ji. I promise I won't do anything else." Jimin said. Jihyo sighed.

"Fine. Let's go,"

Meanwhile Daniel, he heard a car stopped, then he heard the doorbell ringing.

One person immediately came to his mind.

Jihyo.

He immediately went outside and opened the door just to see two figures. The other one he didn't expect to see.

"Uhm, D-daniel. I-I'm here to-"

"Who is he?" Daniel cut her off and asked her, while glaring at Jimin.

"He's my friend, Daniel. Now do you mind if-"

"Friend, huh? Are you her 'friend?'?" Daniel asked Jimin, emphasizing the word friend. He's angry.

"Yes. I am her friend." Jimin answered.

"Wow. Just wow, Jihyo. You had the audacity to come here with this 'friend' of yours just to lie about you two being friends?! You're clearly not-"

"What are you talking about, Daniel? We are friends! And we are NOT lying!" Jihyo cut him off.

"You're a liar. You always have been a liar!"

"Excuse me, Danie-" Daniel didn't let Jimin finish.

"Don't call me Daniel! You don't have the permission to call me-" Jimin didn't let him finish, too. Jihyo is just watching them, frustrated.

"Then what should I call you? I'm trying not to be rude. We're here to take Jihyo's things. Her clothes, her things and stuff. She's also here to talk to you. So if you won't mind, please don't act like this." Jimin calmly asked.

"He's right. Why are you even acting like this, Daniel?" Jihyo agreed.

"Wow. Now you're the one who's asking me like that. You were the one who didn't talk to me for weeks! Not even a message. And now I found that you already found someone else to be with! And you expect me to believe that he's just your friend?"
