(36) My story

Elianne's POV

I sobbed in the front garden, alone. I've been crying so much that I could be dehydrated if Will never forced me to drink and eat.

I hugged my legs and let the tears soak my knees.

I stopped. That was my choice. A choice that could make himself free  away from me. I scoffed and wiped my tears dry. I can't even look at the stair case without that.. that memory haunt me. I won't go to that same carnival.

I have to move on. It was me who ended our... friendship. Hah.. see, we weren't even together and now I'm crying over him? Love is just nothing but aches.

"Eli..."

I froze... no, it couldn't be..

"I wanted to ask you something but I asked your parents' and your brother's permission.."

I groaned. I didn't want him to see me in pajamas and a tanktop. Goodthing my mother forced me to take a bath and wore makeup today... but no eye make-up.

"Make it quick!" I hissed.

Felix went infront of me and held my hand. "I love you, Elianne and remember I respect whatever you're going to say.."

I rolled my eyes. "Let me put on a sweater, it's freezi—"

He gave me the same sweater he gave me when we met. I wore it and nodded. "Go on,"

He bent on his knee and took out a small box. Oh..my.. god..

"Elianne Brooke, will you be my girlfriend and kiss pugs then stay with eachother in lifetime until death?"

I was shocked.

Everything happened so fast.

"I flew all the way to Italy to ask you. I know it's stupid that we never even became an item but... please, we've known for years. Everything happened fast." He told me

He was right. The only things I wrote on my journal were 35 things through out 4 years..

(That is why there are 35 chapters in this book before this. :p )

"I... I understand if you don't want to. I 'm so stupid I— But give me a chance.."

"Sorry, Felix, I made my desicion.. Let's Just be Friends.." I said

"Wha-What?" Felix looked at me with disbelief.

"You saved me from the obstacles in my life, Felix. You made me happy. You kept me in your hands but it's time to let go. Let go of all the feelings, that's what fate's plan."

"I- I- Please, Elianne, give me a chance!"

"The commercial break is over. Go on and be in the main show—that is Marzia." I placed my hand on his shoulder.

His face turned into something different.. "You're right, Marzia's the main show. You just came by to break it all... My relationship was so perfect then.. It fell apart.. because of you.."

"Felix?"

"Forget what I said about asking you to be my girlfriend. I've made up my mind!" He yelled with anger. "Since it was just nothing. What we've been through was NOTHING it's just a game that you lost to! I give up, Eli. I pleaded you but it's time to give up. I loved you but you just threw me. I just.. GIVE UP." He threw the small box on the ground. "You'll never hear from me again. Enjoy your life."

I watched him walk until he was out of sight. A tear that came from nowhere dripped down my cheeks

I let out a shaky breathe.

"You're still with me, Felix. In my life. Since you're still in my memories." I shook my head.

What I said at the first of the book? Yeah, Felix saved me from the bullshit. He saved me and protected me. This is my story. He's here in my memories.. that counts as living with me..

You won't be hearing anything from me either.. 'Cause the last thing I will be on is in an hospital.
