Elianne's POV
My eyes fluttered open as I held the blanket over my body tightly. I looked to my side to see Felix wasn't there anymore. But, that was okay, I don't want to be in any awkward situation anyway.
I sat up and heard faint knocking on my door. "Eli?" Someone called out.
"O-oh, yeah, I'm awake." I yawned and Marzia came out and smiled.
"How was your sleep?" She asked and got inside. She was holding a silver tray with a cover on it.
"Fine... I guess? Just like my any other sleep." I smiled at her and scratch my head. "Anyways, what're you doing here?"
"Oh, just checking you if you're okay. I came back this morning... but it seems you're still asleep at 2:00 pm." She giggled and placed the tray infront of me.
"Wait, 2pm!?" I looked at the time on my phone and sighed. "I only have minutes to prepare for the amusement park."
"Minutes? Doesn't the amusement park starts at 5:00?" She says as she slowly lift the cover of the silver tray. "And here's lunch."
The smell of my lunch filled the air. Now I'm hungry. "Yeah, it does. I guess not eating on time makes my head all goofy and stuff." I chuckled grabbed the spoon and fork. "It's been years since I ate rice with a main dish."
"The rice fills up my tummy so well." Marzia giggled.
"Thanks for bringing my lunch." I said.
"It doesn't look like it's a lunch anymore." She looked at her watch and laughed. "It's a snack."
I laughed with her. "Say, How was your visit to your family?"
"Pretty good actually. I've never seen my brother, Davide, for so long." Marzia held her hands up.
"Does... your brother had a best friend named Will?" I asked slowly. My brother was talking about this Davide guy long ago and he missed his buddy.
"Yeah, he misses him so much." Marzia smiled sadly.
"Well lucky him because my brother is Will!" I chirped.
She gasped and held my shoulders. "Oh my gosh, Really!? My brother's gonna love this! Now he won't have to watch the T.V. with his butt glued on the sofa ever!" She got up and cleared her throat. "Well, I better get going. Bye, Eli!"
"Bai!" I managed to say with my mouth full.
"Don't speak when your mouth's full!" Marzia said.
"Sorry, mom." I joked around. She smirked and rolled her eyes. The door closed and I ate peacefuly.
--------
Knock, knock
"Come in!" I said still my mouth full of food.
Felix came in and he looked suprised. "Holy crap, you look like a hamster." He laughed and poked my cheek.
"Staph!" I shoved his hands away and continued eating.
"Did the spider scared you so much that you had to sleep until 2 in the afternoon?" Felix sat beside me and I glared at him.
"Whaaaa... No way! Pfft... why would you think of that!?" I drank my iced tea. Felix looked at me slyly. "Okay, I give up! Yes, I was scared of the spider but that is not--- I repeat-- not the reason why I slept until 2:00!"
"Sure..." Felix took my, now, empty tray and placed it on my bedside table.
"Hey, Eli?"
