20. Crying and raining

"Morning girl!" I heard Sanni's voice in my room. She opened curtains, luckily there is still dark outside. She suddenly came here last night because none of her friends had any space at their homes.
"You have to get up for work. I will come with you, because I decided that I want a small tattoo to my ankle." She pulled my blanket off, I looked her confused. She has always been very nervous about needles.
"You haven't reserved an appointment..?" I stood up.
"Well I thought that you don't have many clients, so maybe you have a little time for me?" She smiled. Mentally I sighed, but I just nodded to her and she got more excited.
"Great! I want a small heart, something cute you know." She explained as she walked to kitchen and I changed my clothes.

Then I got a message from Aleksi.

"Morning, when is your shift ending?" He texted.
I smiled while I read it.
"At 5pm, why?"

"Nothing, just wondering :)"

I closed my phone and headed to kitchen, I needed my morning coffee so I could drive to work. With my energetic cousin.
"What are you up to? Will you go back to Norway soon?" I was wondering. Yes, maybe I wanted her to leave already. We are way too different persons, and my calm mind doesn't need that kind of energy and positive vibes all the time.
How we managed to get along when we were younger?
"My flight is on monday, and don't worry, I will go to one of my friends place today and stay there until I leave." She smiled and I nodded. In relief.
There is nothing wrong with her, but you know...

We reached the studio, and I showed around to her a little bit. She's curious anyways and I don't want her to touch anything that would cause problems.
Then Verneri came in, Sanni of course started to stare him.
"Who's this?" She whispered as Verneri walked closer and closer to the counter, scrolling his phone at the same time.
"Verneri, my boss." I answered quietly.

"Morning." He smiled to us. I just nodded and Sanni smiled so widely.
"He's hot!" She whispered to me excited as Verneri walked to the backroom. She took a grip of my hand and started to shake it. Oh my god.
I just tried to smile trought the pain and when Verneri came back, suddenly Sanni calmed down and let go of me.
I got suprised that my hand didn't rip off.
"So, who is this lady over here?" Verneri asked as he started to unpack some boxes, there was more ink and stuff.
"I'm Sanni, Erica's cousin." She introduced herself smiling. Classic her.
"I'm Verneri. What are you actually doing here?" He asked.
"Erica is going to tattoo me." She put some hair behind her ear.
That's the sign. I know her too well, and always when she puts some hair behind her ear, she's interested. Maybe I sound like a creep, but this has always happened.
Soon she will found herself from his bed or a movie date.
Not that I care, maybe they would be cute together.
Why am I even thinking about this.

"Okay girl, time to get some ink to your skin." I said and started to prepare everything ready.
Sanni did well during tattooing, but in some point she seemed like fainting.
"It's ready. You okay?" I asked and she sighed in relief.
"I am, but never again honestly. How you had managed to even tattoo yourself?" She asked shocked. I just shook my shoulders while grinning.

The day went well and Sanni left soon after I tattooed her and she paid. I helped Verneri to unpack those boxes, and we just listened some music at the same time.
Verneri had one client today and I had one too, the clock was getting closer for my shift to end.
We were unpacking the last box, and we talked about some stuff at the same time.

"Are we going to eat after this?" He asked. I had totally forgot the whole eating thing.
"Oh yeah, sure." I smiled and he smiled too.

"Uhm.. you didn't answer my guestion last day.. that are you dating with that man who is always driving you here and picking you up?" He was a little nervous. How? He is always so confident and doesn't hesitate to ask or say anything.
I was just about to open my mouth, but just in perfect time someone came in to the studio.
"How is that guy always coming somewhere when I'm asking something.." Verneri snapped quietly.
I frowned to him, but I was a little suprised too that Aleksi came here.
