Juno's POV:

I came across Azmina in the bathrooms.

She was crouched down, shaking like hell and her face was streaked with tears. I studied her quietly before clearing my throat so she knew I was there.

"Juno?" Azmina whispers. "That's you isn't it."

I was deciding whether to make a joke to lighten the mood. Maybe I should.

"Well I'm not a horse now am I?" I say.

A small smile crosses her lips. I wink and she stands up slowly, breathing heavily. Her eyes widen and she turns back around and flushes the toilet. I didn't see what was inside but I'm assuming she was sick.

I held her hand and lead her out of the block and to the sinks where she splashed her face with water. Azmina stayed there, her head down, her dark hair over her eyes.

"Are you okay?" I say.

She shivers in response and looks up.

I observe ourselves in the mirror. I'm taller then she is and my hair is curly, hers is straight. She has black hair I have brown hair. She has blue eyes I have brown eyes. Her skin is darker and mine is paler. Her eyes are wide again and I feel her own fear reflected deep inside of me, in a place that I keep hidden from everyone else.

"I have to get out of here Juno," Azmina says. "I have to."

"But we can't," I say quietly. "We're stuck here until we beat everyone."

Until we beat my parents. I don't say the thought but I think Azmina might've thought the same thing.

"Unless I die beforehand." Azmina suddenly lights up. "If I can find something... there must be a kitchen! I can find a knife and die. Or I could kill the others in their sleep until it's just our team left."

She turns to me and I am so shocked that she'd even think of suicide that I gape at her.

"It'd work! We'd have to forfeit if one of our teammates die. And if we don't do that then we can kill the others and we would win!"

"Azmina, we can't do that," I say, finding my words. "If we murder the other teams, we will die anyway. This isn't how it works. If one of us die as well then we'd just have to play with 5 people."

Azmina drops her head.

"I suppose so," she whispers. "I won't kill anyone and I won't kill myself. I promise."

Suddenly, something moves in the hallway outside the bathrooms. We walk out and somebody runs down and away from us, too fast for me to catch who it is.

"Huh. How weird," I say.

Azmina makes a tsk noise with her mouth.

We walk back to the team and find them in the same spot they were before, frozen in terror. The dead bodies were no longer on the court but the pools of blood were still there.

Emily was panting, her dark blue hair glued to her sweat streaked face.

Phoebe, Sunny and Maeve were sitting down, turned away from the court, eyes squeezed shut and whimpering.

"What the fuck just happened?!" Maeve manages to shout. "We just watched six people die!"

Before I could answer, new text shifted onto the screen, distracting me.
