"This is definitely that Council member's doing, he knew Czar would lose in a fair fight, and so he took my sister." Hoseok spoke with gritted teeth, fisting the bedsheet on Taehyung's bed.

"We will have to find her, there's still time till the afternoon, we can do it before that." Jungkook spoke, from where he was standing.

"Yes, we have to, I'm sure they have her captive somewhere around, we all parted at almost daybreak, she must have been taken away after she went in her room to sleep, in the early hours itself." Hoseok recalled, restlessly standing up.

"Right, the letter said that we are being watched, meaning they have someone spying on us too, we can't take the risk of telling anyone else." Jungkook said, while he glanced at the Omega, who was leaning on the window sill silently.

Taehyung had not said anything since the letter arrived, the Alpha could guess what he was thinking, as he walked towards the maroon eyed boy and gently took his hands in his, gaining his attention.

"It is not your fault Tae, don't blame yourself." Jungkook said calmly, and the Omega locked eyes with him in surprise, it was almost as if the Alpha had read his mind.

"How Kookie? How is it not my fault when the reason this is happening is because I challenged Czar." Taehyung said sorrowfully, "If I wouldn't have done that stupidity, just because of my worthless pride, Jiwoo would be safe." The Omega continued, closing his eyes in regret.

"Who said your pride is worthless, it is your most valuable strength, and you have every right to defend it," Jungkook bent on his knees, still clasping the Omega's hands as he looked up at him, "I'm proud of how you stood up for yourself, Tae, as for Jiwoo, I'll bring her back, unharmed and that is a promise." The Alpha said diligently and connected his forehead with the Omega, sealing his words.

Hobi looked on at the two of them with a small smile, Jungkook really knew Taehyung very well, and he could see how much he cared about the Omega in his every gesture.

"Hoseok, take me towards Jiwoo's room, so I can catch her scent, then we'll both go search around the forest." Jungkook said, while getting up.

"Wait, I'm coming too." Taehyung spoke up with a frown, his voice laced with worry.

"No, Tae, you will have to stay here, to handle things from the front, the others cannot know about this, as for our absence, you'll have to make an excuse for that too." Jungkook explained gently.

"But Kookie," Taehyung protested, feeling helpless.

"Jungkook is right, Tae, you will have to stay here, we'll find Jiwoo and bring her back, then she will make you laugh again with her dumb jokes." Hobi stepped forward and squeezed the Omega's shoulders supportively, "Don't worry and hold out even if the match starts, until we come back, alright?" The Alpha asked and Taehyung reluctantly nodded in reply.

"Be careful, both of you." The Omega said, as they walked towards the doorway.

"You too." The Alphas replied in unison and Jungkook dropped a reassuring kiss on the Omega's forehead, before leaving the room purposefully.

As soon as the Alphas determined Jiwoo's lingering tangerine scent, they sprang into action, deciding to scout around, beginning with the pack borders first and later into the outer forest.

They knew that they had limited time to carry out the entire search, and so they already turned into their respective wolves, as they began running the perimeter, while communicating with each other through their werewolf mind link.

Jungkook's senses were remarkably exceptional and with his help, they easily pinpointed the souring stench of rogue wolves coming from the eastern outskirts of the forest.
