107 - Sunset #KookV

It's 7:10 pm, and Namjoon's waiting for his baby brother to arrive.

He's late and his patience is running thin from all the accumulated stress from work.

Being a gallery manager isn't easy, but he push his negative train of thought and counted back from 10.

Beep.

Beep.

A taxi honks.

"I'm so sorry, Joonie. Traffic was horrid."

Namjoon heaves a sigh and nods, "It's new york. What else did you expect? Btw, just a heads up. There's free wine so don't get drunk."

"Gotcha, my bro," Taehyung cutely sends finger hearts Namjoon's way.

They enter the gallery space and it's great, Taehyung took a glass of rosé and eyed the first piece.

"Eww.. whatever. Here's the pamphlet. This exhibition is all about a photographer named 'GCF.' No one knows his face. All I've seen was his work and his manager. So.. it is a big deal for the gallery and me. Thank you for coming, little dude."

Namjoon was excited, he loved the artist.

Even if all he got to work with was a quiet but stern manager named Min.

The photos were great, minimal and definitely tell a story.

"Oooh.. a secretive artist. I already love it! And you know that I'll come. You've been talking about this project for months-

Taehyung saw the displayed images and felt something tigs his heart every time, he was about to take a turn, he saw a photo that's showcased in the middle.

It is hard to miss as it took up almost all of the space in the gallery.

It was a photo taken from the back of a man's silhouette watching a majestic sunset alone.

But, he feels that he knows who the figure belongs to, it felt familiar, curiosity took the better of him and read the small description note beside it.

It read:

Title: Sunsets

To your future life partner...

To the one you fall deeply and madly in love with...

Please do me a favour and love him as much as I do.

Always understand and accept him no matter what.

Remember, you are holding my winter bear, the most beautiful scenery of all.

Taehyung wished for someone to fill his story with joy, happiness, children, pets, music, travels, photography, making art, and videogames.

You will be his once upon a time.

His favourite character in his untold story.

For him, you embody the last colour of his rainbow and he will trust and love you until his last breath.

Remember that, in a crowd of shining stars surrounded by purple haze - He chose you.
