Why hello, tis H here, you're author. I am here to explain Y/N just so you know a little about them and their skill before the story starts.
I will be using they/them pronouns for Y/N so people of all genders can read the story (also I myself am gender fluid so it just fits that way).
Age: 20
How long they've been in the mafia: almost seven years.
About Y/N's skill
Name: The End Of It All
The name stems from a short story I wrote myself as part of my English course at school. (I may dig that out and put it at the end of the book once it is finished)
How the skill works: The skill affectively stops the Earth from spinning, pausing time. Once a person is touched by Y/N, they become aware of the stoppage of time and are no longer frozen in place. They have to be connected to the ground in some way for it to work; however, it is a lot harder for the skill to work the further away from the ground they are (for example, it takes a lot less energy for it to work directly on the ground than on the tenth floor of a building). The skill can be held for half an hour from the user's perspective.
