I looked at myself in the mirror. I thought of Allisons features compared to mine. We did look very much alike, but some of her features were always darker than mine. I remember her eyes being dark and full, her hair stark brown. My eyes were a dark hazel, and deep red brown hair that sometimes looked cherry. Some things were similar but so different. Allison was tall and lanky. I'm short. My face was more round with a sharp jaw and almond eyes. I pushed my bangs back and looked at my outfit again. I had on black boots, black jeans, a flowy white top with a navy blue jacket underneath and green jacket over it.
Chris said winter was falling on Beacon. I ruffled my hair and walked over to my jewlery box. I've never put so much effort in an outfit. I unpacked my room within my two day time limit. I pulled out my favorite rings and a onyx beaded bracelet. Last touch was my narz necklace. A gift from my mom. Satisfied with my appearance. I walked down stairs and into the kitchen. Chris was at the table reading a newspaper siping coffee. He looked at me and smiled. "Still nervous? " he said without looking at me.
"How could you tell?" I asked. Walking over to the frige and pulling out a cold donut. I didn't sleep last night, all I see was fog in my dreams. And that house.
"No need to worry, Scott will look out for you." Scott... "Scott Mcall?" I asked. "Allison's ex-boyfriend?" "Yes." he said as he siped his coffee. I sighed and ate my donut. Checking my phone. "Time to take you to school." Chris said. I grabbed a vintage backpack with old patches on it, filled with an empty binder, folder, some paper and a notebook, also some pencils. We loaded into his black SUV. The drive was silent. All I could think about was public school...people... People who knew Allison.
Chris dropped me off after an intence discussion of why he shouldn't walk me through the school. I waved him goodbye and walked into the building. I sat in my 1st period utterly lost. I mean I'm in advanced classes, so I'm in a lot of Junior classes. I'm lost by the school. I figured I'm bound to walk into the same class as Scott sooner or later. "Cassio Argent?" I heard my name called. I looked to my teacher. She looked at me with small eyes. Wise, old eyes.
"Can you just call me Cas?" I asked in a small voice. I never really liked my name. I was named after a Shakespearian tragedy. Which my father always hated. Cassio was a male character. Nobody knew I was a girl till I was actually born. My father always wanted a boy. The class went on, but I could feel being burned in my skull. My body twitched to just turn around and see who's staring at me. As soon as the bell rang I felt the presence behind me. I turned to see a small redhead. Well she was as tall as me, with strawberry blond hair and doe eyes. Her eyes were as round as disks.
"Wow, you look just like her..." Allison. I instantly recognized her. "Lydia?" she smiled a pained smile.

∆Lydia∆

"Cassio Argent." I jerked my attention to the front. I could see a small little brunette shrinking in her chair. "Can you just call me Cas?" her voice timid. The teacher nodded and proceeded with roll. Cassio Argent. Allisons cousin. From the back she looked like Allison. The wavy hair and the shoulders. I could feel my eyes brimming. Don't cry, you have mascara on. I told myself. At the end of class I ran from my seat to her. But she was already turned around.
Oh my god. She looked just like Allison. But her eyes and hair was different. And her chin. Her eyebrows were thicker and her jaw wasn't as prominent as Allisons, but they could be sisters.
"Wow you look so much like her.." "Lydia?" she asked. I was flushed with the memories of us playing in Allisons room. But Cas was always kept to herself. Like she was afraid to interact. Allison always told me it was because her father trained her differently than Allison. Her hazel eyes were as surprised as mine.
"Little Cas." I said. "Wow, your so much...bigger." I didn't know what to say. "You look much...older." she said in response. I extended my hand and she pulled out her schedule. We had two classes together. And she had one with Scott, and Stiles. And one with Kira. "Come with me. I'll take you to your next class." I said. We walked down the hall, she even had her walk, silent, ready to strike. I took her to World History. I looked in as saw Scott and Stiles. I already knew he was here, but I felt the need to be here when he saw her.
When they looked in our direction, their was no denying it was gonna be the same reaction. "Allison?" Scott said. His jaw slack and his eyes blank. Stiles looked as blank as ever.
Cas just looked at him. Saying nothing. "Im Cas." she replied. Her voice was shaky and nervous. She ducked her head and sat in the front in the corner by the door. Ready to bolt. I gave Cas and Scott one last look before I left. But when I looked at Cas my body felt hot. Like I was beginning to burn.
