Lib handed me a piece of paper. On the front was a beautiful drawn picture of us girls happily sitting on the edge of the pool in our matching bikini, it’s obvious that Lib is an artist, and on the other side was a letter written straight from the heart. I read it through with tears slowly blurring my vision.

Dear Christina,

I would like to start of this letter by saying thank you, not only have you cared for me, supported me and been there for me but you also have loved me. I have had friends come into my life that are like no other, some that are full on weird but I love them anyway, ones that are really shy, friends that put everyone before themselves, friends that are outgoing and hilarious and then there is you. You are a mixture of all these types of friends I have put together; you are such a kind and considerate person, someone I would trust with my life. A bitchy word will never leave your mouth unless something awful has happened to you, you’re a real girly girl that loves to then get dirty and mess around, you are literally just one of the most beautiful human beings I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. In the time I have been friends, you have held my hand and guided me, and know I would like to do the same. So don’t build a wall don’t lock me out, let me in and I will help.

Lola also brought something. It was a card which was pretty strange for Lola honestly a simple card saying “deepest symphonies”. Seriously what happened to the Lola we all know. I open the card still in shock when suddenly bam there’s the Lola we all know and love. She did the simplest trick in the book and filled it with glitter, now as you can imagine there is glitter everywhere but I must say she put a smile on my face.

Lucy brought me a very proper and pretty card as well as a statue of an angle. Stuck on the bottom of the angle was a note saying ‘Friends are angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly.’ I hugged her and cried.

Piper gave me a million henna tattoos which looked really cool, as well as a cute heart necklace with the words ‘Pain isn’t forever engraved on it.’

Addison and Ivy brought my favourite cookies and cream ice cream, as well as stacks of movies ranging from sad, to comedy, to romance to horror. They said just in case I wanted to watch a bit of everything.

And Mia of course well she brought herself and chocolate.

If only I wasn’t too scared to tell them the truth about my sister. Maybe they would react the same as Mia. Maybe I’m exaggerating but I killed my sister, that’s not something you can tell people and expect everything to be fine. Don’t get me wrong I feel bad about lying to my friends and family but what else can I do. If they ever find out the truth they won’t want to know me anymore. Then I will be left with nothing.
