The ocean breeze hit my nose as I walked next to Silco my body still glowing purple, I looked over seeing Jayce, the stupid wonder boy "What a lame gimmick." I mumbled rolling my eyes and walking over with Silco "Why is she here?" He asked and I waved at him and smirked "Perfect place for an ambush and you without your hammer." "I was reminded recently of what brought us together in the first place, the threats beyond our walls." The sunset shined on his face and I rolled my eyes...stupid perfect boy act...where is Jinx I looked around me keeping a look out just incase "This city has a short memory." Silco spoke "Progress." I walked into the building in secret areas trying to be quiet...this is where Jinx killed Mylo and Clagger I snuck up seeing a small light and talking. "Are we still sister?" "Jinx." It was Vi's voice, I saw a light fly by and light up candles it was a dark makeshift tea party Silco at the end of the table, I covered my ears and face and I looked away trying to breath seeing Jinx like this hurt me it tore me apart, I grabbed my katana and I gripped it "I paid your girlfriend a visit this morning." Jinx spoke dropping a plater on the table "What did you do?" Vi spoke worried "I made her a snack." "No." Jinx uncovered it, it was only a cupcake "Sheesh I'm not that crazy." She spoke throwing the lid on the ground and grabbing a chair and sliding it over, it was Caitlyn. "Powder leave her out of this!" Vi yelled I crept close my katana right in hand. "Now, where should I sit? that's your choice really" She asked there was two chairs one for Jinx and one for Powder, I spotted Silco looking at me and he blinked I felt my eyes light up and I saw a relaxed look on his face he knew it was me. Jinx placed her gun in her sisters hand and got close to her "Make her go away, please send her on her way...and you can have Powder back." "I-I can't and what about Asteria." I saw Jinx's body freeze up and her eye go blue for a second and then back to pink...I was her weakness.
Jinx grabbed the gun and held it to Caitlyn's head so I stepped out "Jinx." My voice echoed through the runes I flipped my katana in my hand and I walked closer to the table "What is this?" I asked and she looked at me "You followed me?" She asked "I watched you knock out Silco and I remember telling me about this place, there's no reason to do this." I spoke "She's right we can just leave and go."
"Where would we go?" Jinx's eyes went pink again I looked over at Silco "Well put this all behind us." Silco mumbled and looked at me "What do you have to say about this?" Jinx asked walking over to Silco I stepped closer and she spoke taking of his gag, "Her name is Jinx, she's lying you'll be with her a day before she realizes you aren't that girl anymore she turned her back on you." "JJ he's right." I added and she looked at me "You aren't lying...you wouldn't do that would you?" "I'm not lying I'm on your side I promise, and even Asteria can come." I glared at her I saw Jinx twitch and I moved she was staring at Mylo she shot at the wooden Mylo and growled "Shut up were talking!" "The topsides offered me everything, independence a seat at the table all in return for you and Asteria, Asteria knows she was there...they can all burn....you two are my daughters." I walked over to them and she looked at me like she was about to cry "Drop the gun." Caitlyn yelled holding Jinx's machine gun and I flicked my katana in my hand "No please." Vi spoke and I heard Jinx scoff she pulled the trigger and Caitlyn fired at her "No stop." "Stop." I yelled along with Caitlyn "Drop the gun." Caitlyn went to shoot again but Vi spoke up "She's my sister, she's Asterias girlfriend." "Vi she's too far gone." Jinxed giggled and stepped back placing the gun on the table "Caitlyn no." I begged and she glared at me. Jinx sat the gun down in front of Silco she held her hands up and fake whimpered, she used the shimmer abilities and zoom across grabbing her gun and slamming Caitlyn in the face knocking her out "You see now finish it." Silco spoke "Babe no." I added "Damn it Powder wake up." "Stop your freaking her out." I yelled the two started yelling at her and she screamed she grabbed the gun and shot I dropped to the floor and I gasped seeing the bullets go through Silco.
"No no no Jinx!" I screamed I couldn't get up I looked at my leg and she shot it I started to cry and she ran over to him "No no no I'm sorry I'm sorry." She cried grabbing his face "I never would have given you to them not for anything...don't cry you're perfect." His last words I saw Jinx look at me and her face dropped "NO no." She stumbled over and looked at my leg "Baby no no I'm sorry." She cried and I cried "It's ok..I get it." She looked at my leg again and she touched it I winced at the pain and she grabbed my face "I promised I would never hurt you." She sobbed and I held her face "I forgive you." I spoke and she looked up "Hes right, you are perfect." She sighed and let go off my face and she looked like she lost touch with reality she grabbed her gun and walked over "Powder?" Vi asked and I stood up, she stared at her Jinx chair and tapped the gun on it she sat down and stared at the ground. "I thought maybe you could love me like you used to...like Asteria does even though I'm...different....but you changed too." I looked down seeing my shot wound heal from the shimmer I slowly stood up when Jinx did "So... here's to the new us." She spoke grabbing fish bones and looking at me I followed her as she grabbed the gem and out of the runes up to the ledge "Jinx." I spoke and she stopped before stepping on the balcony I grabbed her face and I kissed her "You mean the world to me." She stared at me and she kissed my head "You're my everything." She spoke I stood there as she inserted the gem and she walked to the edge. She walked up and aimed it at the palace "Jinx, if it's what you have to do." "It is..for us...for Silco." She spoke holding it up and I sighed standing behind her. She pulled the trigger and the area flashed blue like that time in the workshop, I could hear her scream and I called her name, it sounded like a sonic boom, and I ran up to grab her she gasped and stumbled back "Come on now." I spoke and she nodded she's stumbled down the ledge and we snuck off into the darkness. I heard Caitlyn scream and I sighed "Here's to new beginnings."
