Chapter 6 - Olympus Pt 1

(No one's POV)
On Mount Olympus, the three gods were heading towards the main building but had run into a fallen pillar in the way. Zeus and hades t5urned to head up another way. Poseidon had another idea and creates a small earthquake. This moved the pillar to move enough so they could get past also caused both his brothers to fall over. Poseidon turns to his brothers and smiles as they glare up at him.

Hades: Show off.

Poseidon smiles and squeezes past the pillar with Zeus following him. Hades follows them not complaining about not having to walk around the other way up. He was not wanting to deal with the stairs made for full height gods. What had surprised the three was the lack of minor gods and goddesses. The place was empty when normally the place was busy with gods and goddesses. Mount Olympus had not been quiet since their farther and the thought of that was not settling with Hades or Poseidon well.

(Hades' POV)

It's quiet. I don't mind the quite normally but it feels wrong. There are normally gods everywhere and now there are none. All our immortal children use this as a hub and social place. I jog to catch up with my little brothers. Wow, it's been a long while since I thought of them as my little brothers.

Zeus: Finally caught up!

Me: Yeah. It's creepy how quiet it is.

Poseidon: I was thinking the same. This place is never this quiet.

Zeus: It's strange. When have you liked social areas?

Me: I don't but it's wrong here. I am going to contact the underworld to see if anyone is there.

Poseidon: I'm going to contact Atlantis to see if anyone is there. I'm just hoping that they are avoiding here.

I nod in agreement. I wanted to see if my kids were safe and sound. Plus see if any other gods were there.

(No one's POV)

They got to the main building and walked inside. At some point, the door had been knocked off. The main meeting hall was terrifying. Being large and making the three feel small. Zeus looks for clues as Poseidon and Hades head to contact their domains. Having to climb up to use.

(Zeus's POV)

I look for anything to give an idea of what or who caused this. I don't get along with my brothers but it's hard to understand people who have been through more than you. After a while I hear someone walking beside me. I look to my right to see Poseidon walking next to me. I give him a small smile that I'm pretty sure is not that good. To my surprise, I get a smile back.

Me: Sorry...

Poseidon looks surprised at this.

Me: I have a lot to say sorry for but I figured the comments I said a few days ago would be a start.

Poseidon: You are forgiven.

He hugs me. I'm surprised but soon I hug back. I know I have a lot of mending to do. I think to start with my brothers will calm Hera down enough to talk to her.
