Impossible!

H-he's here, I mean Niel! Here standing close to me. His arm around my waist a-and his chest on my back!

Is this for real?!

"Harris." He whispered and I quickly turned around and cupped his face between my palms.

"It's really you!" I smiled in disbelief as I stared at his golden eyes I used to stare at all day. He smiled back before pulling me for a hug. "Oh my god...I can't believe this!" My lips trembled as I let a silent sob escape.

"Harris, I really miss you man!" He patted my back before pulling away. "Don't tell me you're gonna cry?" He raised a brow teasingly and I pushed his chest a little while chuckling.

"Idiot." I turned to look at Nathan when I felt him hold my hand.

"Too bad I guess I found you too late," He smiled and I smiled back. He's such a weirdo but still he's not that bad. "Anyways, nice meeting you little Harris, I have to leave now." He placed another kiss on my hand.

"Nice to meet you too Nathan, I'll be glad to meet you again."

"Wha-"

"Of course we will." Nathan cut Niel off and I smirked. "So please excuse me." He started walking towards the other room with his two men I didn't even notice.

"Such a gentleman." I said as I looked at Niel and snickered when I saw how red his face was.

He's really mad.

"What?" I asked amused and he rolled his eyes.

"Nothing." I just nodded at that but it is so obvious that he wanted to say something.

"Sooo...what are we gonna do?" He looked at me confused. "What?! Don't tell me that we're just gonna stand here in silence, let's do something fun! Like before!" I smiled, trying so hard to break the awkwardness between us.

"Okay..." He smiled. "Let's walk outside." I nodded and started walking out of the room with him slowly following behind me.

"Oh! Wait, I'll send a message to the young Master, he's kinda scary when he's worried." I said as I pulled my phone out.

"Why would he get worried?" I looked up at Niel and he's glaring again. "What does he think of you? A kid?" I smirked at him.

"That's so cute Niel," I pouted at him and he rolled his eyes again. "Anyways, I have to tell him no matter what, he's our future Alpha-"

"Their future alpha. I am your future Alpha." He corrected and I just stared at him.

"Whatever." I typed a short message before sending it to Liam just in case the meeting is over and I cannot be found. "Let's go." I said as I put my phone inside my pocket.

We started walking again until we reached the elevator. Why isn't he talking? I glanced at Niel after we entered the empty elevator.

His appearance didn't change that much but I wonder why I can't recognize this man? His presence feels so different.

"By the way Niel," I tried once again, forcing a fake smile on my face. "What are you doing here?" I asked him as the door closed.

"I should be asking you that." He stared at me coldly. "I'm with Dad obviously. Only the Alpha and most trusted persons are invited, why are you here?"

"I don't know." I looked away from him immediately in annoyance. Michell is right, he's different. "What?" I chuckled annoyed when I saw his stares full of disgust.

"Don't tell me you're seeing their Alpha?" I glared at him and he glared back.

"Future Alpha." I corrected before rolling my eyes. "Let's not talk about this."
