Maya and Vikram came back to the mansion, Maya was oddly quite the whole journey.
" Maya? " Vikram snapped her out of her trance.
" Hm? "
" Why are you thinking so much? Chodo na hume kya karna hai? " He shrugged.
She nodded, " Still. Mujhe jaan na hai, this wasn't a murder. " She mumbled.
" Matlab? " Vikram raised his brows.
" Pehle room mein chalo, baithne do mujhe. " Maya pointed out as they walked to her room.
She sat on the edge of the bed, swinging her legs in air.
" Bolo. " Vikram said.
" Mujhe nahi pata. But there is something, we are missing out. This is not the way it is told. " Maya said.
" Kehna kya chahti ho? " Vikram shook his head in confusion.
" Tumhe kuch ajeeb nahi lagta yahan? "
" Kya? "
" Yaha ke jo raja hai, woh sirf usi kamre mein jaane se kyu rokte hai? Rokne ke liye to pure mehel mein tehelne se rok sakte hai. "
" Baat toh sahi hai. " Vikram nodded.
" Hm. Let's see. " Maya shook her head clearing out the thoughts that kept poking her peace of mind.

She covered her ears with her palms, trying to avoid the shrill noises.

" STOP! " She screamed out as tears rolled down her cheeks.
She felt helpless, as if someone was digging her soul, digging her soul with terror and disgust.
The knock on the door dragged her out of her thoughts. She ran and opened the door, and hugged the person not caring to know who she Or he was.
" What happened? Are you fine? " Vikram wrapped his arms around her, balancing both of them.
" Mahi. " She mumbled before the darkness engulfed her.
