" Stop messing around you both! " Sharman, the old man yelled as Mahi and Rishi chased each other all the room.
" Kaka, ask her to stop. " Rishi roared chasing Mahi who sped up by now.
" As if I'm gonna? " Mahi chuckled.
None of then realised the ledge she ran on, tripping over it.
" Mahi! " Rishi cried grabbing her forearm before she fell.
Pulling her up with all his strength, he enveloped her in tight hug. As if, he leaves and she disappears.
" Be careful next time. Look over where you run. " Rishi kissed her head as she nodded, still processing the incident.
Maya gasped as Vikram pulled her back before she tripped over the ledge and fall down.
" Be careful next time. Look over where you run. " Vikram scolded.
It wasn't Vikram who barged in intentionally, strolling around the passage he heard her cry and rushed in, in time. Saving her.
Maya felt deja vu, just like it had happened a minute ago and yet again. Now.
She stared at him blankly, flinched as he snapped his fingers. " Where? "
"Huh? Nothing. " Maya shrugged, yet the negatives didn't leave her mind.
" Chalo come down, it's time for lunch anyways. " Vikram dragged her down along him.
Ari and Soha were no where to he seen after that incident.
" Vikram, I want to talk to you. Stay over " Maya muttered before walking past him to her room.
Vikram felt something serious, yet he had to wait till every one is asleep.
00:57 a.m.
" Maya! " Vikram whisper-yelled as she opened the door in no time and dragged him in, closing the door behind him.
" You okay? " Vikram scooped her cheek in his palm.
" No, I'm scared. " She hugged him.
He was taken aback due to her unexpected action, yet he ran his fingers through her hair.
" What happened? " Vikram asked.
" Mahi, I can see her past. " Maya whispered back.
" So can I, Rishi's. " Vikram said.
She looked at his face as he nodded. " I can. "
"Let's go to that room. We'll sort out everything. " Vikram suggested.
" Yes, Mahi's room. " Maya said.
Both of them tip toed to the first floor as she opened the door wide.
Cold wind brushed past her face, blowing the loose strands of her hair.
" Mahi, Rishi we want to know the past. We are ready to help you. "
