Trollhunters: The Aftermath

"GGGRRRRRRR!!" Bular growled. "Trollhunter, we meet again," he Gumm-Gumm prince snarled.

"WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING?!" Mary screamed. Bular just chuckled.

"Hmm, more fleshbags, more to eat."

"Eat? Did he just say eat?" Claire asked, still shaking.

"EVERYONE RUN!" Toby shouted, as the four ran in the opposite direction. Bular roared once more and began chasing them.

"I'll flay the flesh from your bones!" he shouted.

"I like my bones the way they are thanks!" Toby shouted in reply. The four humans continued running, with Toby being the slowest.

"Hurry up Toby!" Claire shouted back at him.

"Trollhunter! Come back and stand your ground!" Bular roared.

"What is he talking about?" Mary asked, still running.

"Not the time Mare!" Darci shouted back.

It was actually kind of a miracle how Bular didn't manage to catch four teenagers running from him, with one being fat and chubby. Looks like two days of Toby's training made him a bit faster than usual, or ... probably three years of it?

"Quick, go to the canals!" Toby ordered from the back.

"The canals? Why?" Darci asked, stopping. Claire and Mary stopped beside her, catching their breaths.

"Just go there!" Toby said, running past them. The three girls just ran after him.

"We'll never be safe in the canals!" Claire shouted.

"Just trust me on this."

They were on their way there when Bular jumped in front of them, stopping them in their tracks. They all screamed.

"Nowhere left for you to run, trollhunter. Give me the amulet, and I'll give you all a speedy death," Bular growled.

"Don't know how to negotiate, this guy," Toby told the girls before facing Bular. "You want the amulet? For the glory of Merlin, Daylight is mine to command!" Toby summoned his armor, shocking the three girls, "Come and get it," he smirked.

Bular growled and lunged towards Toby, who defended the attack with his sword. The girls backed up, watching Toby with fear and confusion. Well, Claire watched with fear; that armor looked familiar to her. Someone then shouted,

"Master Tobias!"

The three girls turned around to find a blue, four-eyed troll and a much bigger troll standing there. What did they do? Scream in fear, of course. Well, only Mary and Darci did. Claire just stared at them. Something bugged her that she had seen them before. Why, oh why that everything strange that happened felt like she has seen it before?

The blue troll just sighed, "Calm yourselves, we won't bring you any harm."

"What? You're not gonna eat us?" Mary asked, still shaking and holding onto Darci like a lifeline.

"We don't do that," Blinky said, before noticing something, "Master Tobias, watch out!"

The whole group turned around to see Toby narrowly avoiding a blade of Bular. They feared for him, but there was nothing they could do; Toby was the only one capable standing up to Bular. If only Aaarrrgghh wasn't a pacifist.

Toby defended every Bular attack with all his might. He didn't know how long he could keep this up; he was getting exhausted. Bular noticed this, and with a grin, he swiftly attacked twice, the first Toby managed to defend but the second sent him to the ground.
