The recording flew by, before you knew it you were on the last round of Patently Stupid. Two hours had passed somehow, but you were in bliss. You were with Tubbo, and his friends just having fun. It really did feel like you belonged there with them.

You laughed at each and every joke Tubbo made, to the point where you were definitely starting to realize what was happening to you. You talked to him each night, you loved the amount you two had in common, the fact that he said you were his best friend hurt you, and you laughed with him. Even if you didn't find it to be funny at times. You just wanted him to be happy. And the feelings that you knew were brewing inside you pissed you off. You came into this just finding him to be an adorable fellow streamer and now you were gushing about him to your friends. You bought plane tickets to go see him. After only three weeks of talking to one another. You could tell these were feelings of interest, the kind you didn't want. Romantic interest. He only saw you as a friend. You had to keep telling yourself that. He even said that to Wilbur. Because Wilbur had the wrong idea about Tubbo's feelings. But not about yours. In your communications with Ranboo off-stream and when it wasn't with Tubbo, he had warned you that he wasn't an affectionate person. He wasn't touchy and would most likely not hug either of you when you meet him in person.

You didn't like how these feelings were persisting even when you tried so hard to avoid it. But you said it yourself, this boy was easy as pie to fall for.

The second the recording was over and you had all left you threw yourself onto your pillow and screamed. Feeling bad for one of your best sleep companions you stopped. "Who can I even talk about this to? Peter and Wren will just say 'I told you so' and Eren will get mad and just call me an idiot. Mandy... will definitely get too excited, she's just a kid." Thinking to yourself. "Gwen is a good option. I could ask her to go on a walk with me. But that's also a risk."

You decided there was only one way to truly decide if you should go over and talk to Gwen or keep yelling into the pillow. Flip a coin. "Alright. Heads I go to Gwen. Tails I continue screaming." You pick up a quarter and flip it with ease. And as it collides with the floor it flips to tails. God has decided you must continue to abuse your pillow. But you don't want to. "Stupid coin. The jokes on you! I refuse to read this sign!" Getting up and putting on your black and grey checkered Vans. They are the most comfortable walking shoes you have. Heading down the stairs you go to the kitchen and grab your house keys that are hanging up.

"Where are you going?" James asks as he prepares dinner.

"Gwen." Is all you say before just walking away and out the front door.

Heading down the block you take a deep breath as you knock on the door. As you see a small boy open it you let out a sigh, Gavin. Her younger brother.

"Hi Y/nie! Are you here for Gwen?" He asks.

"Yes I am, is she here?" You respond, bending lower to him.

"Yes! I'll get her." Thinking he is going to walk away you start to slowly get up... but it turns out he is just going to scream. "GWEN! Y/N IS HERE!"

"AA-" Is all you hear before a crash from the upstairs and lots of bumping. "I'm okay" You hear her faintly shout. Seconds later she comes running down the stairs one sock on and the other in her hand. "Hello. How are you?" She says as if she didn't just sound like a bull in a China shop.

"I'm good, just wanted to know if you wanted to go on a walk before dinner?" You say rubbing you ears, that are still ringing from the child screaming.
