Psalms 23

117 13 3

This is a rhyming version of psalms 23. I took the words and added rhyming words and a poem pattern to it. The psalms were originally poetry in Hebrew, but lost it in translation:( so I have made it a goal of mine to make all the psalms rhyme in English. I've only done about 10, so I still have a ways to go, but perseverance😊😊

Psalm 23
The Lord is my Shepard
I shall not desire
And my contentment
Is completely entire

By still water he leadeth me
In the green grass we lie
He my heart fully restoreth
He my soul does satisfy

He leads me in righteousness
And through the valley of death
But I will not fear
And He'll give another breath

His rod and staff
Will comfort me
And he'll prepare a table
By my worst enemy

My head he anoints with oil
He makes my cup overflow
I'll live with him eternally
Yesterday today and tomorrow
