Song Recommendation - Prom Queen (Beach Bunny)

George and Dream had decided to take a walk to get coffee, walking in comfortable silence. Holding hands, they navigated the college campus. Dream thought they were both happy and content.

George was beating himself up, though.

It's bad enough I took his life away, but then I go and call him Clay?! I'm such a goddamn idiot. He specifically told me that he has trauma and that name doesn't help.

And the bigger problem with that?

What the fuck do I call him instead?

Dream rubbed the webbing between George's thumb and forefinger, which teleported the brunette back to the present.

It's going to be okay, the gesture seemed to whisper to him.

They eventually walked up to the rustic cafe, sitting in their spot. Dream ordered and paid, and George just stared at the blonde beauty before him.

How can someone be so... is there a word for that? Gorgeous is an understatement.

Out of nowhere, Dream looked him in the eye, catching George off-guard. Dream grinned.

"George, you're a paraprosexia."

George blinked, bewildered by the word, and cocked his head. "A what?"

"A constant distraction."

George leaned forward in his seat. "Yeah?"

Dream nodded.

The brunette nodded his head. "How so?"

"Your kalon."

George was so confused by this point, he laughed aloud. "My what?"

"Your beauty that goes deeper than skin."

Dream and George stared at each other for a moment too long to be friendly.

"You're beautiful, Georgie."

"You're beautiful, too."

After spending the day with the short brunette, Dream walked him to his dorm room, where there was another brunette freaking out. George had forgotten his phone at the dorm, so Karl assumed the worst and did everything to find him, short of calling the police. But once Karl knew George hadn't been murdered, he was much more interested in the two of them together.

Dream took that as his cue to leave.

Upon entering his own room, Sapnap bombarded him with question after question.

"You and George? How? When?! Was he good? Are you together? How?!" He sputtered.

"Jesus Christ," Dream sighed, putting his arms over his head as he bent over the desk he had eaten breakfast with George at just a few hours before.

"Actually it's Sapnap, but common misconception," Sapnap chuckled. Dream threw a pencil at him.

"Look, I'm... I really like him, but I don't know if he likes me back."

"I can bet twenty bucks he had your dick in his mouth, I'm pretty sure he likes you," Sapnap mumbled, but Dream was too caught up in himself to listen.

"I thought you thought I was straight, hell, I almost started believing I was straight."

"I don't really care if you're-" Sapnap tried.

"Do I like him, or do I like what he represents?" Dream rambled.

"Dude, you're looking too much into this," Sapnap huffed. "But if you're really worried, what made you guys hookup?"
