Suddenly Almond sat up and teared up and felt so many emotions and he looked at his sleeping son and he sobbed hard in realizing what he had to do. He cried for a while feeling crumby.
Soon he stopped and got up and went to his son who was still asleep and he bent down and kissed his head. "I will get your mother back with us I swear it~" he whispered softly.
An hour later Walnut came home and Almond looked upset about something and she looked worried. "What's wrong daddy?" She asked with a soft expression on her face.
"It's nothing honey. I just got to go somewhere for a while ok?" "Ok daddy and please be safe" Walnut said and she hugged him goodbye and Espresso took her inside the house.
He went out in the night as a gentle cool breeze blew and it looked quiet and peaceful to him. A little too quiet and it was a little unsettling to him as well...maybe this was a bad idea.
Suddenly he heard a noise and a familiar cape whip to the side from a corner of a side of a building and he smiled and ran to it and shouted "Rougefort wait come back!"
But they kept on running and he kept chasing them with a frown. "Rougefort please stop I just want to talk to you!" He shouted and he refused to let him get away again.
They ran for while until Almond had enough of Rougefort's behavior and he tossed his almond handcuffs with a frown. Suddenly they glowed and Almond's magic made them do their job.
They wrapped their now expanded chain links around them and his cuffs handcuffed Rougefort with ease which knocked them down and their cane get knocked out of their hand.
"Gotcha!" Almond shouted and he walked over and helped them up and carried them to a bench to talk whether they liked it or not. And as he walked over, Rougefort struggled and panicked.
"Put me down! I shall not be apprehended by you!" Rougefort shouted a very upset Rougefort and they kicked and squirmed in Almond's grip causing the other to sigh.
"Rougefort stop acting like a child and listen to me!" Almond shouted and he plopped them on the bench and sat next to them with a frown. This made Rougefort yelp and looked away in fear.
"Rougefort please look at me~" Almond whispered and he cupped their cheek and they jumped and shook hard. "Why did you leave and why didn't you tell me that you were pregnant?" He asked.
This made Rougefort tremble and shake hard. "Rougefort I would have helped and supported you~" Almond said and he got closer to the shaking other and made them look at him.
This made them cry and Almond sighed and hug them tightly as he removed his handcuffs and they clung onto him and cried hard. "It's ok Rougefort, let it all out~" he cooed softly.
"I didn't tell you cause I was scared" they admitted. "I was scared and I didn't know what to do" they wiped their tears away as Almond handed a tissue to them with a comforting smile.
"Tell me everything Rougefort, I want to know everything." This made Rougefort look at him sadly and sigh softly knowing this was the best thing. "Ok it happened a month after we did it..."
