Chapter 13: It's a...boy!

They layed there what seems like hours to them, though it's been a few minutes as Rougefort looked at their jam coated wailing baby and cried tears of happiness and joy.

"Shhh shhh it's ok my jewel~" they cooed and they stroked his small tuft of coffee brown hair and the baby stopped and sniffled softly as it rubbed their own jam sticky face.

"That's my good baby~" Rougefort whispered softly and they pulled them closer and put them against their nipple and they immediately latched on and suckled softly and relaxed.

This made Rougefort smile and kiss their head and fell asleep with a calm expression on their face as their new baby suckled and soon fell asleep with them with a soft coo.

The next morning Rougefort woke up feeling extremely sore and tired but felt it was so worth it. The looked their still sticky newborn and carefully got up with a wince and their legs felt like jello.

They didn't care though and walked to the bathroom holding their baby close to their chest and ran a shower to clean them both up. "We need to get clean up my precious little baby~"

Checking the milk and seeing it was perfect Rougefort nodded and stepped in carefully and the baby kicked and squirmed in their arms and felt scared by the warm milk hitting their face.

"Shhh shhh it's ok my jewel~" Rougefort whispered softly and they sang softly and the baby calmed down. "See? The milk isn't going to hurt you~" they cooed softly and they grabbed a washcloth.

They then started to clean the baby up and they saw a very tiny little thing between their legs and smiled warmly at the baby. "Why hello my little baby boy~" Rougefort whispered softly.

This made the baby coo softly and they clung onto Rougefort's now damp hair as they washed him clean and soon Rougefort washed up too and then they got out and dried themselves off.

And then they walked back to the bedroom slowly. "Ba~" the baby cooed softly and he nuzzled against Rougefort's face who smiled and kissed their cheek and smiled.

Suddenly they sniffed him and smiled more "aww you smell like coffee my jewel~" they cooed. This made the baby coo and opened his eyes and Rougefort gasped softly and teared up.

"You have his bight blue eyes~" they sniffled and they put a diaper on the baby from a package they had stolen for their cat to play house a long time ago and before all this happened.

And then they held him close and kissed them and felt so happy to have their only child. "I shall call you Coffee Bean Cookie but I'll call you Bean for short~" they cooed softly and held him close.

But this only lasted a few weeks before Rougefort was out of diapers and food for himself and Bean was fussy and poor Rougefort felt their heart break knowing this wasn't good for them both.

"I know my jewel I don't know what to do" they held their baby close and rocked him and sighed softly. 'What am I going to do?' They thought as they felt tears well up in their eyes.

Suddenly they got an idea and it made them cry a bit. 'It's the only way though' Rougefort thought sadly and they looked at their tiny whimpering and fussy baby boy.

"Shhh Beanie it's ok~" Rougefort whispered softly and Bean calmed down a little bit and cooed softly and it made then smile. "That's my good boy~" Rougefort whispered softly.

They then got up and put the baby down and changed into their old favorite outfit and smiled sadly and sigh softly. Then they grabbed Bean's blanket and wrapped him up warm and cozy.

They then slipped out of the house and go to a roof as the rest of what happened was fit into place as Rougefort finished up the story and was crying harder than before as Almond felt bad.
