Walnut shook and sobbed hard as Almond felt tears well up in his eyes and he scooped her up and hugged her tightly in his big strong arms and sobbed alongside with her.
"I miss her so much I wish I got to know her!" Walnut complained about this and had it bottled up for a long time which made Almond sigh and hug her more and rock her softly and sang softly.

As Almond sang the last verse Walnut felt a lot better and they cuddled close together for a while. "I wish your mother was here sometimes too honey but she's not" he whispered.
Walnut nodded and sniffled understanding that. "But we can always think and remember her" Almond whispered softly to her. "I would like that daddy" Walnut said softly.
"Good cause I will always tell you all about her no matter what it is~" Almond said and he smiled at the tear stained face of his daughter and wiped her tears away with his thumb.
"I love you so much my precious little baby girl~" he whispered softly and he kissed her head and hugged her tightly in his arms and she hugged him back as she felt a lot better.
"I love you too too daddy~" Walnut whispered and they cuddled close and soon they heard the baby crying and smiled and when to the nursery and Almond took the baby in his arms.
"Aww did someone feel lonely when we left him~" Almond cooed and Walnut held her arms out to her him to hold the baby and Almond smiled and put the baby in her arms and Bean cooed softly.
"Hey Beanie I just wanted to say I love you and I promise I'll never let anyone or anything happen to you." This made Bean coo and smile at her and she smiled back and hugged him.
This made Almond smile more and hug her and Bean and a figure watched from the window with a smile as they sobbed and longed to be with them, no it wasn't safe for them yet...not now.
They leave and Almond sensed something and looked out the window and hummed in thought. "What is it daddy?" Walnut asked and she looked at him curious.
"Nothing....it's nothing" Almond said with a frown. 'I wonder....I need to see who's Bean's other parent' he thought as he took the baby into his arms again with a smile on his face.
"Let's go to Latte ok? I owe her an apology for my behavior ok?" He said and Walnut nodded. "Yeah! And if I see Honeybun I'll say sorry too" she said and it made Almond smile.
"That's my little detective~" he cooed and they left with smiles on their faces as the figure watched in secret and sighed softly and leave themselves with a frown and went back home.
