Chapter 13 spring again, new beginnings

After that day when Muichirou received the letter help y/n make a wish, her surgery is completed. However due to memory loss and her scars, she stayed asleep the whole of winter. By that I mean like hibernation. Muichirou visited her every now and then, half hoping she would wake up, another half worried that he is a stranger to her. Of course the whole gang heard about what happened and often went to visit and comfort the Kochos and Muichirou. 

Weeks passed and the snow slowly melted into water, welcoming the spring back into the world again. Before he knew it, it was time for the yearly hanami session with the gang in the Secret Base.

Muichirou went to the park, and it was already crowded with people. Sakura bloomed on the branches that was bare and ugly weeks ago. Rushing to the Secret Base, he went onto a path that leads to the Secret Base with no one, just him alone. That was the Secret Pathway the butterflies led him on. He stood their admiring the sakuras.

"Yo Kelphead!!" A familiar yet different voice called out. He turned around and his eyes met with a girl with flowing (h/c), a butterfly pin attached to it. She wore a butterfly dress and her head and her legs were wrapped with bandages. She hold a unfamiliar smile Muichirou had never seen. It was y/n, on a wheel chair, smiling genuinely at him.

Muichirou stood there in shock, and more surprised when he saw scars on her arms. When he was in the hospital, her arms were covered by the night gown sleeves. There was a long silence between them, until 

" Kelphead, are you a boy or a girl?" Y/n asked innocently, with a mischievous smile on her face. Muichirou looked a bit pissed, but what can he do. Y/n doesn't remember him. 

"Y/n, do you remember me? I visited you a lot of times when your in the hospital."

"OMG ARE YOU THE PERVERT THAT NEZUKO TOLD ME ABOUT? THE ONE THAT COME VISIT LIKE EVERY SINGLE DAY!??" Y/n shouted, covering her face.

Muichirou stood there, unsure of how to reply.

"You're the one that gave me Hanahaki right?" Y/n asked again, with a softer tone. Removing her arm from her face.

Muichirou looked at her. How does she know?

"Nezuko told me about what happened. Even though I don't remember you, I'm sure that the me before this surgery loves you a lot." Y/n said, a gentle smile on her face.

"Hm, yes. I love her a lot too." Muichirou blurted out without thinking.

"EEWW, YOU REALLY ARE A PERVERT!!! GET AWAY FROM ME!!!!" Y/n covered her face again. Muichirou took the moment and pushed her wheel chair while running towards the wisterias. 

"You, perverted Kelphead don't kidnap mee. I need to go to hanami with my friends." Y/n teased, poking his hand.

Muichirou smiled, pushing her towards to the Secret Base where everyone was gathered. 

"Hey y/n! Muichirou!" Senjurou waved, while taking out a bottle of orange juice out of the basket. Mean while, Yuichirou was looking through the basket, hoping not to find any Brocoli Juice. 

"Senjurou, you know this pervert?"

"HEY WATCH YOUR MOUTH!!!"

"Oh you mean Muichirou-kun? Yeah I do."

"Eyyyy Muichirou don't steal my title from meeee." Zenitsu cried. Laughter filled the place.

"Kanao, it seems like y/n twisted the fate of the Hanahaki victims." Tanjirou whispered to Kanao who was beside him as they watch y/n tease Muichirou.

"Yes of course. It's a start of a new beginning." Kanao replied.

Petals are falling slowly slowly. The flower you gave me were beautiful, but I can't breathe. But now the flowers I have are pure and precious, like the memories we made together.

A/n 

Last sentence "the flower you gave me were beautiful, but I can't breathe" was quoted by an unknown person so creds to the person. And boom I'm done. Finally. Yes this is last chapter. Bye.

Thanks for sticking with me and reading my story despite all the cringe and bad grammar. Yes eventually y/n was able to have the feelings 'love' for Muichirou again. And the rest is up to y'all to decide. Not me.
