Prologue

Im 27 year old Alexandria Jane Olsen who works at Grayson's Hotel I work at Grayson's Hotel for almost 4 years now. I love working here people are caring and fun to work with. They dont let you feel that your an outsider they will make you feel as one of their family. Being here and and making myself busy helps me forget and brings me a little peace.

"Alex!" Monica shouted.
I was Startled as my best friend called me.

"Im here!"as i yelled back.
Standing in the terrace feeling the cold refreshing air, thinking of all the things happend in my life.

"Hey,you okay?" Monica asked with a worried look while putting his hand at my shoulder as a comfort.

I've known Monica since we were High school she was once a Transferee student. She was quite when she came to our school shes always late because she always get lost in our school, cant find our room. In our Chemistry i was assign to be her partner and i tried to talk to her since shes new and she has no one to talk to. When I talked to her she was shy at first but after talking and listening for hours i didnt know that she was so active and talkative didnt realize that since she introduce herself to me she starts talking random things and i was just there sitting beside her and listening. She has a lovely smile and shes a fun person.

She knows about my life, every tiny little details. She knows about my ex-husband James Stallon. How james treated me and abused me Monica was so angry that she wanted to kill James. I was manipulated by James. He has problem with controlling his temper.

FLASHBACK

One time i went to his office to invite him for dinner when i left his office i talked to his assistant.

"Take care of James,Scoot." I said with a smile.

"Sure Mrs. Stallon have a good day."he smilled.

And when i was about to get in the elevator I saw James staring at me coldly.
I was confuse at the moment but i let it slide and i smiled at James and gave him a flying kiss before the elevator closed.

When 10 p.m strike i heard his car outside. I was so excited for dinner to start cuz i prepared his favorite dish. When he enter to the back door i saw James angry,mad,furious any hatred emotions u can say its all written in his face.

"Honey,Is everything alright?." I asked him worriedly.

"YOU!is what is wrong!" He said angrily.

"Me!,what did i do now?" I said in confusion.

"Are you and Scoot having an affair behind my back?"he said.

"WHAT?!where the hell did that come from!?" I said while raising my hands in disbelief.

"Answer me!is there!"he said while grabbing my hand tightening his grip on my upper arm that it hurts and start pulling me towards the living room. . .
