Chapter 5

ALEX'S POV

"uuuuughhhh!" i groan from the pain that im feeling.

I cant breath, i feel like my heart is turning to stone that i can bearly feel the beat.

Of all the things he could have told me why those words came out of his mouth?. The betrayal that he keeps on telling me about, which is i have no idea why would he even think of me cheating on him?.who is this guy that he suspect that im cheating with? Who spread those false rumors? Who is this someone that hates me so much that it even cause my child's life? Who are this monsters?

FLASHBACK

"im sorry ms. Olsen, were already full the available slot for secretary is already been taken, im sorry" the person should be my boss informed me.

"Its okay, atleast i tried my best" i smiled at her but something came out of my mind and i want to confirm if my suspensions were correct.

" by any chance did my husba....... I mean mr. Cross have to do any of this? You can tell me the truth." i smiled at him while my left hand was rubbing circle on my little swelling stomach.

"im afraid to say ms. olsen but yes, he told us not to hire you, not only us mr. Cross told us not to hire but im afraid mr. Cross also informed the other companies, im sorry ms. Olsen" she looked at me with pity but i just smiled at him.

"its okay, i understand your just following some orders" i told her as i start to arrange my papers and put it in my suite case.

"im sorry again ms. Olsen i hope you can find a job."

"thanks, and i will, thanks again, i think i should bid my good byes"

Standing in front of the building, i was thinking of what and where i should start working, where sould i apply and earn money fast so that i can provide myself and my baby for something to eat and save money for my health insurance since soon im going to be in Labour.

I smiled and rubbed my stomach and thinking that im glad that after what happened to me and Nick, he gave me the greatest gift that i could wish for.

"everything will be alright baby, mommy will do everything just to give you a normal and happy life"

Four months to go and I will soon see my baby and thats the only thing that im looking forward for.

FLASHBACK ends

"whats happening" my words came as a whisper and im feeling that darkness is starting to take over.

But before i could close my eyes, i saw monica and my doctor Chris barking for orders and i look up and i saw a very warm and bright light and i start closing my eyes till sleep start over took me.
