"What time is it?" I ask suddenly, catching Kol off guard.
"Um..." He glances at his watch "It's 7:40, why?"
"It's late, you should get home" I stand up, panicking.
Dad said he'd be home at 8. I can't believe I let myself lose track of time. He was supposed to be home by 6.
"Yea, I'll need a ride tho." He replies
"What why?!" I ask, trying to mask my panicking.
"You drove me here, Seph."
I freeze.
Seph.
Nobody has called me Seph, nobody except Penelope.
"What did you just call me?" hopefully I'm just imagining things
"Seph?" He says, more like a question
Yup not imagining things
"You need to leave" I state, beginning to push him out of my room before he can see the tears in my eyes
"Seph." He states
Can he shut up!
"GET OUT STEVENS!" I yell, this time he just left.
I slam my door as the tears escape my eyes, closing my eyes I begin to rub my chest.
"Sephhhh" Penelope drags out, meaning one thing.
She wants something.
"What do you want Pen" I ask, she should know her games don't work on me anymore.
"Oh nothing, ya know. You're just my favorite little sister in the wholeeee wide world" she beams, giving me one of her gorgeous smiles reaching over pinching my cheek
"Yea well, I'm your only little sister, or sibling in general so spill." I swat her hand away, she proceeds to roll her eyes
"This guy I like is coming over, I promised him some bangin' desserts-"
"No Pen, I'm NOT cooking for another one of your crushes!" I interrupt, this girl and bribing her crushes with MY desserts.
"Pleaseeeeeee Seph" she begs giving me puppy dog eyes, pouting her lips
I'm NOT falling for it
"Ugh fine!" I run a hand through my hair, frustration filling my veins.
"Thanks Seph, love you!" She hugs me tightly, giving me a kiss on the cheek before skipping off towards the kitchen
"You owe me!" I yell, she only nods causing me to let out a giggle.

"PERSEPHONE ELOISE DRAKOS OPEN THIS DOOR RIGHT NOW!" My fathers voice echos throughout the empty house
Shooting out of bed I rush to open my door, "Yes father?" I ask, my voice cracking. I try to hide the fact I'm out of breath
I'm out of breath just from that? I need to do more cardio.
"What took you so long to answer your door? And why was it locked." He questioned, I must have fallen asleep, locking my door so Kol couldn't come back in after kicking him out.
"I must have locked it after getting home, I took a nap after finishing my chemistry homework. It won't happen again father" I nod, hoping he'd believe me, it is half true anyways.
