Chapter 9: the ninth fit

Sunoo was getting ready for his hangover with Ni-ki. He was vexed and perplexed at what he should wear.

He video-called Jay, to ask for advice. Jay picked it up,grinned and greeted, "Hi Sunoo! What's popping? I've never noticed you ever calling me."

Sunoo smilingly waved back. He asked, "I'm baffled at what should I should wear for my hangover with Ni-ki. Since you're  the fashion genius, I decided to help." and then he shrugged.

Jay teases him by saying, "Going on a date with my lil one huh?". Sunoo groaned while that sentence Jay muttered let a shiver down his spine. Sunoos cheeks were just shades of pink which scattered around there.

He asked Sunoo whether he has any aesthetic and pastel outfit. Sunoo shook his head in denial. He only had black hoodies, since they were oversized, they were the only outfits he did not outgrow. He had a lot of light aesthetic outfits, but he stopped wearing them as he grew up.

After ten minutes of awaiting, Sunoo glances at Jay,who was approaching him. He went towards him and does a shoulder bump. Then they shook their hands like two best friends.

Jungwon arrived at the doorstep, dropped his physics textbook and ran to embrace Jay. As soon as he hugged Jay, the older immediately picked him up from the front as Jungwon gets flushed. "JayYyYYyYYYyyyY~Waa! Baka, screw you. Put me down!" He screeches his voice. Jay turns him around while Jungwon was dizzily groaning. Finally, Jay places his boyfriend down and wraps his arms around his lower neck.

Sunoo looked at Jay and said,"Come on Jay! We have to pick my outfit."

Jay drifts away from hugging his significant other and then hands Sunoo a bag. "It's one of my outfits I used to wear when I was fourteen." Jay said. Sunoo felt embarrassed so he snickered, "So you're saying I'm still small?" He closed his eyes and huffed

Jay laughed out loud, Jungwon just looked at him, also with a pouted face. Sunoo sassed once again, "Well, your boyfriend is in the same boat as me you know, yet you baby him!"

"He's my baby that's why! He's small, which makes him look so cute. I just wanna hug him, kiss him and love him like he's my forever." Jay smiled at Jungwon, while Jungwon smiled back, trying not to be flushed but fails.

"Whatever. You two look exceptionally look cute but relationships are gross." Sunoo rolls his eyes. "Relationships aren't gross though, just two people conveying love through their actions and decisions." Jay muttered. Jungwon nodded beside him.

Sunoo shifts the topic by thanking Jay with his heartfelt gratitude. Jay holds his lovers hand and turns up for going outside for a stroll. "Sunoo, mind if I take won on a date? It won't hurt right?" Jay asked. Sunoo nodded as the couple skipped outside with content. Sunoo soon lost their sight as he walked inside.

He then changes and makes his hair. While he was getting himself freshened up and dressed, he saw a picture of him along with his ex grinning, when he was sixteen, which was last year.

He sighs. "I wish Joonyoung took me on a date like this. I wish he provided me with his hugs and kisses too. I cannot help, but grieve over him. I miss him, but I have to get over him. I have to look like I've already moved on, but I still haven't. He still haunts me with his words and dreams. Why did I even forgive him once? I can't love him anymore, he doesn't love me either." He deeply overthinks before he notices that he gets a text notification.

Once when Sunoo opens the door, Ni-ki's eyes suddenly contain a glint of spark, while glancing at Sunoo's outfit. His outfit contained a full-sleeve pastel blue shirt, along with jeans.

Ni-ki ported a sky-blue hoodie, and black jeans which was seemed quiet attractive by Sunoo. Sunoo scanned him up and down, blushing as hell.

"You look...flawless." Ni-ki got speechless. He felt appreciated that Sunoo dressed up exclusively for his outing with him.

"You too..."

Sorry y'all, I could not update it in two days. I prioritised reading some fan fictions and working hard on my exam which were to be held today! I did really well with that exam, and was able to ace it.
