Four New Friends (5sos fanfic)

Chapter 2

Jemmas Pov: 

Thursday morning -    I woke up to the sound of Nat snoring, I love her but she drives me crazy sometimes. I rolled over and saw the time 9.13am. We were suppose to be meeting Calum and his band at Ten Pin bowling at 11am, so I decided to jump in the shower. Its not like I would be able to go back to sleep with Nat snoring anyway.  I got out of the shower and picked out some cute denim shorts, black singlet and a blue jacket. I thought I should try and keep it simple for our first date, well that's if Cal even thinks this is a date. I walked out of the bathroom and Nat was still asleep so i decided to jump on her bed screaming the lyrics of Teenage Dirt bag. She woke up instantly looking pretty angry and threw her pillow at me.

'Why are you so happy' she asked me

'Were going bowling with Calum today, so get up we leave at 11' I yelled back

'Ten more minutes' 

'No get up now, ill pick an outfit for you. Now get in the shower you stink'

'Wow thanks jem! Pick something nice' 

I walked to our wardrobe and chose out a pair of denim shorts with a casual pink and white stripe shirt. Seeing as though we are the same size we don't really have our own clothes we just share everything. I chucked them in the bathroom as I ran downstairs to get some breakfast. 

'Morning dad, morning mum' I yelled as I ran through the lounge room.

 I walked in the kitchen to find my brother Jasper cooking bacon for us all. I gave him a hug and got some plates out ready. Jasper was one year older than us, he's always been there for me and Nat. He was a twin too but our other brother Carter died when he was a week old. Jasper has always blamed himself but he couldn't have changed anything.

I ran up stairs to make sure Nat was ready. I knocked on the bathroom door.

'Hurry up were going to be late and Jasper has breakfast waiting for you down stairs'

'Its only 10 o'clock settle down' she yelled back

I checked my phone.  

* 1 new message *

Calum Hood - Hey, cant wait 2 see u today :) gunna be so much fun 

I replied - I cant wait,  see u soon. Is it still ok if my sister comes? 

Calum Hood - Of course she can still come, cant wait to spend the day with you too :)

Me - alright thanks see ya soon ;)

10.45  -

'Hurry up Nat, your hair looks fine'

'I'm coming, gee your so impatient'

'No you just take forever'

'No you just don't want to be late to see Calum' 

'Shut up'

"Mum were ready to go" we yelled in at the same time.

We pulled up at bowling at 11.05. We walked in with our arms linked, then I saw Calum the cutest guy on earth. I think Nat noticed I was staring because she shook our arms and waved her other hand in front of my eyes. 

'Omg Nat there they are'

'I know I saw, you were staring'

'Oh woops, lets go'

We walked over to where the boys were all sitting waiting. Calum quickly jumped out of his seat and gave me a warm hug.

Calum- 'hey Jem how you been? This must be your sister Nat' he said looking at my sister smiling

'Yep that's her' I replied Luke came over and gave me a hug followed by Ashton and then Michael picking me up swinging me around. They all said hey to Nat before we went and chose our shoe sizes. I grabbed two size 7 's for me and Nat while the boys organised our names on the score sheet.

I went and gave Nat her pair of shoes who was in a deep conversation with Luke about who knows what she talks about. But they defiantly looked cute laughing together.

I went and sat next to Cal who had written our names down on the score sheet.

'So what have you been up to Cal?'

'Xbox, guitar you know the usual stuff guys do, how bout you?'

'Well annoying Nat and that's pretty much it, I don't really know anything about this town so I haven't really been anywhere' 

'Ill have to show you around sometime before school starts in two weeks'

'Thanks Cal your so sweet'

'Anything for you Jem, you know I haven't stopped thinking about you since we got off the plane'
