Calum's pov

I sat Jemma down at the table and went and got a drink. Nat and Luke had just finished making scrambled eggs for us all. I walked back out to the table and placed the drink in front of Jemma who had fallen back to sleep on the table. Wow and I thought Luke wasn’t a morning person. I gently shook her shoulder to wake her.

Luke walks in and places two plates full of scrambled eggs in front of us followed by Nat carrying out two more. We had been silently eating for about 5 minutes before a guy around our age walked in all excited and stole some eggs off Nat’s plate.

‘Jasper this is Luke and Calum, Luke Calum this is our brother Jasper’ Nat said

‘Hey nice to meet you’ I said politely in-between eating my eggs

‘Nice to meet you Jasper, maybe we could hang sometime or something’ Luke said all energetic

‘Yeah sure it’s not like I have anyone else too hang with, seeing as we just moved here’ Jasper replied

Jasper left and then we all started talking about random stuff.

‘What are we going to do today’ Jemma asked

‘Well we could go shopping, I did promise I would take you before school’ I told her

‘Awesome I’ll go get ready’ she yelled as she jumped out of her seat and ran upstairs

I was just sitting at the table listening to Nat and Luke talk about getting some school uniform as school did start next week.

‘We should invite Ash and Mike to come shopping with us and Jasper if he wants, I need a new guy friend’ I said to them interrupting there convocation

‘Yes that would be fun’ Nat said

And Luke just looked at me with that same weird smile he had on earlier, something was definitely up. I mentally noted to ask him later when the girls weren’t with us. Nat had cleaned the table and put everything in the dishwasher. Luke and I went into the lounge to watch some TV while the girls got ready. But Jasper playing Cod so I asked if I could join hin.

We had been playing for about 10 minutes when Jemma comes running down stairs saying the bathroom was free. So Luke went and had a shower while Jasper and I kept playing.

‘Calum can you teach me how to play’ Jemma asked me

‘sure come here’

She walked over and sat on my lap and I held her hands around the controller explaining what each button does. When Jasper turns around and looks at us and says

‘Jemma since when have you ever wanted to play the PlayStation only Nat ever wants to play’

‘Since Calum is here to teach me’ she said back quickly before concentrating back on the controller

I found it cute that she wanted me to teach her, we were doing really bad we hadn’t even got 1 kill and the game was nearly finished. But it didn’t worry me I had the perfect girl sitting on me wanting to play Cod, what more could a guy want. The game had finished and Nat came down stairs to tell me the bathroom was free, but froze midsentence and awed at me.

‘What are you awwing at’ I asked confused

‘You and Jem, look how you two are sitting, cuttteeeeee’ she replied in a baby voice

I took my hands off of Jems and sat her down on the couch beside me. I walked past Nat and softly nudged her as I walked up the stairs to have a shower.

I got out of the shower and walked over to Nat and Jems room in a yellow singlet and black skinny’s. I knocked on the door and I heard Luke say ‘If it’s Calum come in if it’s not just wait I’ll be out soon’. I walked in laughing at what he had just said, to see him standing in his undies staring at his bag of clothes.

‘What’s up’ I asked

‘What should I wear, the blue shorts or jeans?’ he asked me

‘Dude you’re not seriously stressing out over that are you? But defiantly the shorts’

‘Yes this is important I’ve got to look good, now what shirt?’

‘Umm why we’re going shopping?’ I said as I pointed to Ashton’s black shirt he was holding

‘Yes but were going shopping with girls I’ve got to look good’

‘Lukey its Nat and Jem, they saw your bed hair trust me they don’t care now hurry up!’

Luke finally finished gelling his hair and I just chucked a beanie on. To be honest I did want to look good for Jemma but I had only packed one set of clothes unlike Luke. We walked down stairs and Jasper had Nat on his back and Jemma was trying to get onto Nat’s back. Like a three person piggy back or something. It actually looked kind of fun, but then they say us watching and all got off looking a bit embarrassed.

‘Are we all ready to go’ Jemma asked as she walked over and pulled my beanie off

‘Ohh no you didn’t’ I yelled as I chased her through the house

I finally caught up to her in the study and tackled her to the ground, and started tickling her.

‘Calum stop, please Cal stop hahaha’ she managed to get out

‘Only if you give my beanie back’

‘Fine then will you stop tickling me?’

‘yep’

She pulled the beanie out from under her back, as her back was on the ground and I was sitting on top of her.

‘Ahh Cal are you going to get off me now, your kind of squishing me’

‘I would but that would require a hug’

‘of course I’ll give you a hug just hop of’ she said struggling for breath

I hopped off of her and stood with my arms open waiting for my hug. She came over and wrapped her arms around me tightly then took my beanie out of my hands and placed it back on my head then fixed my fringe sticking out the front of the beanie.

‘Thanks beautiful’ I said to her

‘That’s ok’ she replied before standing up on her tippy toes and kissing my cheek

I was so happy I just wrapped my arms around her waist and stood there until she loosened her arms and I let go. Even though all I wanted to do was stand there forever.

‘Cal give me a piggy back out to the car’ she asked softly

‘Anything for my Jemma’ I said to her before turning around and bending down for her to jump on

We walked out to the car to get in the back as Jasper was driving. I was about to put Jemma down when I heard Luke whistling at us. I got in the car and slapped him hard.
