Marinette Today's Wednesday but last night, the school sent out an email saying that today they were going to disinfect the school as a few students were diagnosed with the common cold. So we had a free day today. I woke up early making breakfast while listening to music through my earphones when I heard a door close behind me. Sh*t...it's Damian... I continued pretending that didn't hear anything.
I was humming along to the song when I got distracted and I kinda burnt my finger as I stirred the ingredients in the pot. I sucked the spot to soon be joined by Damian. He grabbed my hand looking at the spot. I looked the other way while he fiddled with it. He then stopped and walked away over to the couch mumbling, "It'll be fine, Marinette. Nothing major." I then looked at it to see a brown spot now planted in my finger.
*sigh* I think my blood pressure just went up. It was done so I waved over Jerry, taking my plate and returning to my room.

I finished eating so I went back outside to deliver my plate to Jerry and got ready. I had a lot of things to do. First off, sending the invites to my friends, then getting the party decorations, picking up the finalized version of my song I did yesterday with Kagami and Luka but just with the music...not with me singing. I jumped a bit as my cellphone rang. It was Kagami. I answered, putting the call on speaker since I was still putting on my outfit.
Marinette: Morning Girl. What's up?
Kagami: Mornin Mari. So we still going for lunch to talk about the decorations. You also mentioned that Chloe was coming along too, right?
Marinette: Yeah..But don't you have schoo..-
Kagami: Nah. Cockroach infestation so...they're giving us a day off.
Marinette: What a coincidence and yup, she may be mean, but she has a good eye for interior designing and party planning. *walks out the door*
I multitasked; holding the phone by my ear, putting on my shoes, exiting my room. Kagami and I made the final arrangements then said goodbye. I had two hours to spare so I decided to walk with my sketchbook and draw some of the inspiration I might see today as I walked around town. Plus having to call Chloe to tell her that the lunch planning is a go.

The call ended so I left the house after taking Emilie with me. It's been a while since she saw the sun. I closed the doer behind, locking it. I don't really have a leash for Emilie because she's my familiar I know she won't leave my side. And I think it's time I got her a new collar. ~~~~~
