George Pov:

Oh my god, I can't believe that just happened! I can't believe he just... ugg!

I can't believe I fell for that! How the hell could I let myself be so easily distracted, fuck I almost had him too.

I could tell he lost his composure when I told him no. My plan worked well until he... started kissing me. I completely forgot what I was doing! I couldn't help it, it's like as soon as my lips touch his I can't think of anything else.

"Are you alright my dear?" I snap out my thoughts as Dream's soft voice breaks the silence. I glance at the door, worry seeping deep into my mind. I really hope Nicky doesn't gossip, that's the last thing I need right now. Then again she doesn't seem like the type, but you can never be too sure. "Other than being slightly embarrassed and annoyed, Ya I'm fine. Why wouldn't I be." I answered quickly, not really taking my eyes off the door.

Suddenly I felt Dream place his hand on thigh, I flinched as he slowly started caressing it, "Good, we can continue." Before I could respond, Dream without warning grabbed my chin in between his fingers, before roughly pushing his lips into mine.

I stood still fighting with myself, god it felt so good. Shit, I can't let him do this again. I struggled to part from him, but as soon as I had made space between us, "S-stop." I sounded pathetic, but it was the best I could muster.

Without hesitation I felt Dream freeze in place, "What is it my dear?" He whispered deeply. "I'm not doing this." I growled firmly, doing my best to create distance between me and him. Unfortunately, he didn't really take the hint, only leaning back in to try to bridge the gap I had made. I tore my arm from my side, and placed my hand on his chest preventing him from moving further. "I'm not doing this. Now move, the sooner I leave the easier it will be for the both of us.".

As soon as the sentence was finished I could only hope I got my point across. I gave him some time to respond but he stayed silent, making me feel uneasy. I felt him lightly tapping on my thigh deep in thought, "Hmm. In all my years no one has ever talked to me in such a manner... and I'll admit it's almost refreshing coming from you.". My body went a little stiff at the comment, "What does that supposed mean?" I said shifting slightly under him, growing concerned. Dream gently moves my hand from his chest and leans forward, "It means you're special." He paused, his voice being strangely gentle. He leaned back slowly, staring me down, "Which is why I'm going to give up so easily.".

He snapped his fingers and I was on the edge of what seemed to be a cliff. My eyes went wide in shock, why the fuck did he bring me here!? Where even am I!? I glanced over the edge of, but there was nothing but thick fog a few feet down the cliff. "What?" I whispered under my breath. Wait where's-

"My, my, what a view." I quickly spun around at the sound of Dream's voice, to see that he was right behind me staring down at me intensely. I let out a quiet groan, what was he getting at? "Why did you bring me here!?" I yelled extremely agitated and unnerved.

He lets out a playful laugh, placing his arms around my waist, "Don't fret my dear, I will not let you fall." I glanced over my shoulder, "How can you be so sure?" I say, letting out a shaky breath. My nerves were to get the better of me. the longer I stood at the edge the more panicked I became. Dream chuckled, "I'm stronger than you think my dear you'll be fine.". I struggled to tear my eyes from the drop behind me. Also, the fact that I couldn't tell how long the fall actually was didn't help either.

After a few grueling moments, I think Dream realized I wasn't really paying attention to him. He clicked his tongue before gripping my chin tightly, and forcing me to face him, "That's better. You should really look at me when I'm talking to you." Wow he has a lot of nerve saying shit like that after the stunt he just pulled. I let out a short laugh, "Then don't stick on the edge of a cliff." I say with a bit of a presumptuous tone. Dream tilted his head, "Are you really that afraid?" He said almost amused. I stare at him in disbelief, "Yes, which is why I would really appreciate it if you would get me down.". As I stood there waiting to be moved, though I very quickly realized Dream doesn't let go nor does he move me away from the cliff, "As you wish." He whispered with a hint of excitement in his voice. I glared at him confused and frustrated, but all my feelings came to a halt as I felt Dream lean forward towards the edge.

I frantically grab onto Dream's cloak, "What are you doing!" I yelled trying to push him away from the cliff, but It was no we're near enough. I let out a short scream as we both went down and off the cliff.

My stomach drops as we fall into the fog, I buried my face into Dream's chest blocking my view of the world around me as I gripped on to Dream for dear life. I swear I heard him laughing, but it was hard to tell with the wind loudly rushing past us as we fell. This had to be some kind of cruel joke, right? "Dream!" I yelled, trying my best to get him to stop whatever he was trying to do. Then the sensation of falling came to an abrupt end. I loosened up a slight bit. I took a deep breath then moved my head slightly to see what had happened, and instead of falling we were gliding through the air. I glanced over Dream's shoulder and my eyes immediately landed on his wings. I looked on in awe as they carried us effortlessly through the air. I looked back to Dream whose smile was as wide as ever, "Hold on!" I quickly wrapped my arms around his neck just in time for him to dive down towards the land below us, cutting through the air with little difficulty. I finally looked down to see how close we were to the ground and I froze to see no land below us. We were in a giant ravine.

I scanned the stone walls that were jagged and cracked, thin waterfalls that ran down into the abyss. A bright orange glow broke through the darkness throughout the ravine. Radiating from the lava that pours from large cracks in the walls. I had never seen a place so terrifyingly beautiful...

Dream stayed steady, occasionally diving or turning to avoid protruding rocks. He had so much control as he flipped and turned. It was amazing to watch. In a way it feels like he was in his own little world, he looked genuinely happy.

"Do you like it?" Dream says, glancing down at me eagerly waiting for my response. I scanned the area one last time, this place really was amazing. With that though, I felt a slight bit of sadness settle in my heart. Is this what I had been missing? Puffy always told me there was nothing outside of the city worth seeing. I'm starting to wonder why she said that, how is this not worth seeing?

I looked at Dream resting my head on his chest, and giving him a gentle smile, "Yes, yes I do...". "I'm glad. Now I hate to cut this short but I want to discuss something rather important with you.". I lifted my head, "Oh... ok." I responded slightly disappointed, but I understood we couldn't stay here too long. He's probably exhausted. Dream placed a gentle kiss on my forehead, "Don't be sad my dear, I promise it's important.". I nodded and rested my head on his shoulder.

I blinked and we were no longer in the ravine. I looked around to see that we weren't in the air either. We were in the Crimson Forest, right next to the crystal spring. Where we first met...

Dream slowly lowered me to my feet, allowing me to stand. "So what is it?" I stare up at him waiting patiently for him to respond. I really hope this isn't about the offer he made. I told him what it would take for me to say yes, and he has yet to tell me anything. And until then my answer is no.

I crossed my arms now eagerly awaiting his answer. He took a step forward, placing his hand in my hair. I was a little confused, but I stayed still as he softly ran his fingers through my hair. His hand ran down to my cheek, then across my face to my lips making a shiver run down my spine. He hummed in satisfaction, clearly pleased by my reaction. Dream smiled lightly, grabbing my chin, "I would like to make you another offer.".
