Sudden Interuption

Dream Pov:

I lean back slightly, quite interested in where this is going to go. I can tell he wants the truth but there is nothing he can do to make me tell the truth. I was not lying about why I came here, but all of his other questions would raise suspicion if I'm not careful. If I tell him the truth it could ruin everything, and I did not go through all of this just to fail when I'm this close.

"Is that all?" I say with a blank expression. George huffs, "Absolutely not. I refuse to believe that I was the only reason you came here." I tilt my head in confusion, "And why is that?". George leans forward staring me down, "You're obviously someone of nobility or wealth. So you must have headed here for something." I stay silent thinking of what to say. If I give him a specific name it will be easy to prove that I'm not part of that family. Maybe I should have put more thought into my appearance, oh well I can't go back now. I need to work with what I have.

I became so wrapped up in my own thoughts that I forgot to give him an answer. I hear George huff in annoyance, "Fine... Then my answer is no." I instantly snapped out of my thoughts in disbelief, "No?" I say confused and slightly amused. George leans back looking away from me, "You heard me. If you're not willing to tell me the truth I wont say yes to your deal.". Without thinking I tightened my grip on George's waist before swiftly shoving him into the chair leaving him under me. "You have no clue what you're saying no to my dear." There was a hint of aggression in my tone which caused the human below me to instinctively fight my hold. George looked up, suppressing his fear, "I don't care, I stand by my word.". I stared at George blankly, he's trying to test my patience. That very thought made my lips cruel up into an amused smirk, "You know the longer I'm around you the more you intrigue me." I say softly while placing my hands from his waist to the arms of the chair. "Oh ya? What about me is so intriguing..." I smile leaning forward slightly, "Where do I start? You are perceptive, intelligent, feisty at times, and as I see now you're incredibly stubborn, and..." I pause, placing my hand on his cheek lightly, "Those eyes...". I unconsciously lean forward focusing solely on his eyes causing the human to go slightly red, "What about them..." George mutters with a blatant shy tone. I smirked, leaning in until our lips were almost touching, "They're gorgeous..." I leaned in, softly placing my lips on his. There was slight hesitation on his end but it only took a moment for him to give in to me. Too easy.

Although our moment of bliss did not last long. I feel George tense up and pull away from me, as the door opens. "Oh my! I-im so, so sorry! I didn't know you were in!" The woman says frantically, avoiding my heated gaze. George scrambled to sit up in the chair looking at the woman across the room, face completely red, "Nicky! I am so sorry! Umm.. c-could you wait outside for a moment?". "Yes of course." She nods before exiting the room, closing the door behind her.
