Himawari would began to explain the Jutsu as she handed Vinato a water balloon. "Use your chakra to move the water and try to make it pop." Himawari instructed him. Vinato began trying to make it pop. "Come back when you make it pop." Himawari told Vinato. A hour later Vinato came back and Himawari looked at him shocked.
"What's the next step?" Vinato asked Himawari. Himawrj handed him a rubber ball. "This one is filled with air and it is thicker so I want you to pop this next". Himawari told him and Vinato nodded before running off with the rubber ball. Again within a Hour Vinato came running back.
"It's unheard of for someone to finish the steps this quickly." Himawari praised Vinato. "Woah really?" Vinato asked Himawari. "Yes it took your Great Grandfather 3 years, Your Grandfather took 3 weeks, Your Father took 3 days, I guess every generation surpasses the last." Himawari explained to Vinato. "So what's the next step?" Vinato asked Himawari. Himawari then handed him an actual balloon. "Combine the last steps and don't pop the balloon contain it within the balloon perfectly to master it". Himawari instructed him. Vinato nodded as he began to try but he popped it over and over.
"I have a idea." Vinato announced as he began to weave hand seals. "Shadow Clone Jutsu." Vinato made multiple clones and all of them began to work on the last step separately causing him to be able to make progress a lot faster than he would have otherwise. In the end it only took him a hour to master the last step.
"Now for the final part I will jump start your mastery of it by fighting you so come at me." Himawari instructed Vinato. Vinato weaved hand seals. "Shadow clone Jutsu." Vinato said as he formed four clones and they all surrounded Himawari. Each of the clones and the real Vinato began to weave handseals. "Wind Style:Wind Bullet Jutsu." One of the clones said as he sent out a wind bullet. "Water style:Water Bullet Jutsu." Another clone said as he sent out a water bullet. "Earth Style:Mudwave Jutsu." A third clone said as he performed the mudwave technique to put Himawari's balance off. "Lightning Style:Static Strings Jutsu." The fourth clone said as he sent out static strings towards Himawari. "Fire Style:Fireball Jutsu." The real Vinato said as he sent out a medium sized fireball at Himawari. Himawari activated her Byukagan. "Eight Trigrams:Palm Rotations." She said as she used the palm rotations technique to stop all of the Jutsu attacks from Vinato. Himawari then covered Vinato's body in sand. "You have a lot of raw power but it's clearly not effective in your hands." Himawari taunted Vinato. Vinato then made water chakra burst out of his body causing the sand to get wet and fall to the ground. "I'll show you ineffective." He said as a blue ball of chakra formed in his hands. "Rasengan!" He shouted as he slammed the Rasengan into Himawari's stomach. Himawari was blown back multiple feet but she stayed standing causing the ground beneath her feet to rip back. "You did it, You mastered the Rasengan, I'm sure you will be a great student to teach." Himawari praised Himawari.
