Chapter 41: An Obsession With Choas

Y/N's POV:

I open my eyes and stare at the ceiling. Paddles is still sleeping at my side. I sigh and roll over to the window side. The sun is shining on the new coat of snow. What time is it? I'm still tired... I close my eyes and drift back off to sleep.

Waking up again, I feel someone shaking me. I open my eyes and see Ranboo.

"Y/N?" He asks.

"Yes, Ranboo?" My tired voice says.

"It's past noon..."

"Okay, and?"

Ranboo stares blankfully. Did I say that too rudely?

"I'm sorry," I say. "I didn't mean for it to come out rude."

"It's fine. Me and Tubbo just, wanted to make sure you're okay since you didn't get up yet." Ranboo says. His tail swings back and forth impatiently. "Phil and I chatted over the communicator; he said how you have been really tired lately. How you've been sleeping in a lot. I wanted to check in."

"Oh thanks, but I'm okay." I assure him. "I don't know why I'm so tired lately. So, I'm just gonna go back to sleep now."

"Actually, Phil told me to not let you sleep past noon. And it's almost 1..." I glare at Ranboo. "He said if I did, he would come himself and get you up."

"That old crow..." I mumble and get up. Paddles hops into Ranboo arms as I slip on my shoes. "Alright, I'm up."

"Good. We are making lunch if you are hungry." Ranboo heads for the door. He turns back and looks at me. "Tubbo also told me about last night. Good job."

Ranboo walks out with Paddles. I stand in the same place for a couple seconds. I still can't believe you guys did that. I make the bed and get changed into different clothes. I take out my communicator.

Y/N to Philza: Thanks a lot Phil.
Philza to Y/N: Good afternoon Y/N!
Philza to Y/N: Hope you sleep well!
Y/N to Philza: I would have slept better if I didn't have to get up!
Philza to Y/N: Have to go. Have a good day!

I sigh and put my communicator away. I head out and start walking to Tubbo and Ranboo's cabin. So are you guys gonna talk or what?

Fine... Thought you didn't like us?... Yeah...

I said I didn't trust you guys. But now I'm starting not to like you.

And what's the reasoning for that?... Yeah, what did we do to deserve your hatred?...

Well, lets think. First, you guys influenced a bunch of bad ideas. Second, you guys only want me to do bad ideas. Third, you don't trust anyone. Fourth, you guys argue a lot which gets very annoying. Fifth, you guys literally controlled me last night! The list goes on and on.

Meh meh meh... Pftt... Whatever... You're still rude... All we've done is help you, and you treat us like this!...

"Don't mock me! You've done nothing but get me into trouble!" I yell.

I open the door to Ranboo and Tubbo's house. They stand still and look at me weirdly.

"Who you talking to Y/N?" Tubbo asks.
