Y/n laughed as she lay in her bed with her phone in hand. She had been talking with Aisha about last night as she waited for her grandma to arrive.

Storming into Y/n's room was Anthony "Grandmas here!" The chubby boy said before walking out keeping his eyes on his game. At the same time, they both let each other know they had something to do. Aisha had to do her training at the junkyard and Y/n had to greet her grandma. Walking out of her room y/n made her way to the living room where Y/n's Grandma awaited "Oh sweetie! You look so grown up!" She said squishing Y/n's cheeks.

"Good to see you too," Y/n said her speech being slightly incoherent. "Come here" Lucille grinned and brought y/n into a bear hug. After parting with her grandma Y/n said hello to her uncle Louie. "There are those baby browns! Get over here!" Lucille exclaimed as Daniel made his way to his Mother; pulling him into a hug. "Hey, Ma."

"Who's hungry?" Daniel smiled. "Me, I'm starving. We never have any good food" Said Anthony. "Dude shut up," Y/n said lightly hitting her brother in the back of the head. They all walked outside by their pool where a table was and chairs ready to sit on. Daniel and Louie began cooking the food on the grill. "What's new guys?" The older woman asked sitting down beside Samantha.

"You won't believe what happened. Johnny, you remember him?" Daniel said. "No..." Lucille responded. "The boy who would beat me up with his Cobra Kai buddies" Daniel reminded. "Oh...him," Lucille said she remembered quite well. "He brought back Cobra Kai and said dojo was banned from competing in the All Valley Tournament but he barges in during our meeting! You know. it's bad enough that that monster is teaching kids. Now he's somehow convinced the All Valley Board to let Cobra Kai back into the tournament." Said, Daniel.

Y/n could hear the amount of disklike for Cobra Kai and Miguel's Sensei as her father's words spilled out. She was kind of glad she didn't join, god knows what her father would've done. "Oh, that's horrible. They can't let them back. Oh, they're nothing but a bunch of bullies." Lucille agreed. Y/n bit her lip wanting to tell her grandma and dad Miguel, Aisha, Hawk were nothing like what they talked about. "They can't all be bullies, right?" Sam asked.

"Trust me, sweetheart. You don't know the half of it. Those Cobra Kai jerks made my little boy's life miserable. Tell them how they pushed you down that hill." Lucille told Sam. "I thought it was a cliff" Anthony butted in. "They've heard it already, Ma," Daniel said. "Plenty of times..." Y/n said under her breath.

Amanda mixed some salad from the store she had bought "Pasta Salad?" Amanda offered Lucille. Lucille grimaced "oh, no, thank you. I don't like that prepackaged stuff from the store" Lucille shuddered.
"Oh. Well. I would've made some, but I got home late from the dealership." Amanda said as she sat down.
"Oh, no. that's okay. I get it. It's tough being a working mom. But at least you have a partner. Remember how I used to come home from work and then started cooking from scratch?" Lucille bragged.

"Yeah, Ma." Daniel gave a small smile to Amanda as he sat down. Louie sat down and complained about Johnny before suggesting they got the car back Daniel willingly offered to fix it for free. "Dad I'm sure Cobra Kai has changed," Y/n said. "Yeah, there's some kids from our school in it and it doesn't automatically make them bad, right?" Sam said. Daniel scoffed "please, Cobra Kai will never change. Promise me you and Y/n will stay away from the kids associated with it" Daniel said looking at Sam then at Y/n.

'That's gonna be hard when all of my friends are in Cobra Kai' y/n said to herself. "Can't promise that" Y/n mumbled. Daniel looked at her daughter "please y/n. Their way of karate is terrible, they'll brainwash you." Daniel said.

"Right" Y/n responded. Y/n grabbed some food and began to eat it. The rest of the family doing the same as well.

After eating Amanda brought out some cake she also bought. "Hey. I've heard you've gotten back into karate" Lucille said looking from Y/n to Daniel. "Yeah. It had been too long. There's this kid Robby who works at the dealership. We train together." Daniel smiled. "Oh yeah and definitely not with his daughter as well" Y/n interjected into the conversation. "Yes and Y/n too" Daniel grinned. "Ma, I tell you. I just didn't realize I missed it so much. Missed him so much."

"Mr. Miyagi...he was good to us." Lucille smiled. "The best," Daniel added. "Well, just got a call from the dealership. Shelia just said that a couple of sketchy guys rolled up on motorcycles looking for Louie." Amanda informed.

Everyone looked at Louie. "Oh, yeah. I forgot to tell you. I met these bikers when I was at the auto convention in Vegas. We got hammered at the Palms, man, we were drinking boilermakers, it was a sick time. Anyway, uh, long story short, when they found out who I was. We came up with a great idea. LaRusso Luxury Motorcycles."

"What are you talking about?" Amanda gave him a confused look. "Relax, I just said we'd start with four, and then work our way from there," said Louie. Daniel turned to look at his Cousin "Louie, what did I say about using my name to make deals?"

"I'm sorry, cuz. I'll make it up to you. I promise." Louie reassured. "Where have we heard that before?" Amanda interjected. 'Shit is about to go down' y/n thought to herself as she took a bite of her chocolate cake.

"Hey, be nice, he just made a mistake" Lucille advised. "A mistake is forgetting to lock up work, which he has done several times. This is interfering with our business, so just stay out of it." Amanda remarked. "Stay out of it. That's a very nice way to talk to your mother-in-law." Lucille bleated. "Ma. She didn't mean it like that." Daniel assured. "No—no I meant it that way, okay? Because if it wasn't for her, we would've never hired Louie in the first place." Amanda scowled.

"Hey!"
"Amanda!"

"He's family and you always take care of Family!" Lucille groused. "We do take care of  family!" Amanda snapped. Samantha sighed, she knew she'd have to resolve their little rebuttals later on. Y/n was nearly done with her cake, her eyes switching from her grandma to her mother. "Because not only did we hire Louie, we also host thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter!?" Amanda listed off. "Host? Oh, come on! It's easy to host when everything is catered!" Lucille mocked.

Amanda scoffed "is this about the pasta salad? What do you want, Lucille? Whatever you want, I will go into that kitchen and make it right now!"

"No, forget it"

"If you're going to the kitchen, I'll take another Yoo-Hoo" Anthony interjected. Y/n nearly choked on her cake. "Anthony stay out of it," y/n said. "Oh my god, Anthony, You make everything worse." Sam scoffed.
"Shut up," Anthony told Y/n and Sam. "Hey, don't say "shut up," Daniel said.

"Don't say that word. I don't like that word"

"It's not even a bad word!" Anthony protested. "Yeah well, you know how they are they think everything is," Y/n told Anthony. "Hey! Y/n, quiet." Amanda gave Y/n a warning look. "I'm just saying!" Y/n raised her hands.

Their bickering continued for a few more minutes.

"Whatever I'm leaving" y/n stood up from her seat "Had a nice family discussion with you all" Y/n blurted before heading inside.

Y/n had the urge to text Demetri if he wanted to meet up at the hill but realizing they'd be going two times in a row, y/n decided not to, afraid she'd come off as weird.

And so she decided to catch up on some homework before completely passing out on her bed.

Amazing family bonding time, huh?

Sorry not lost of Demetri in it but I just thought this scene was pretty funny.
I'll try updating soon.
Also, the cobra kai s4 trailer was amazing and has me super stoked!! 22 more days!
