We were eating what was in the bag it looked like food we never seen it taste weird but good

Then Marco came in with 3 brown paper bags

He saw and said softly "I'm home"

Eren blurted out "Erwin survived"

The corners of Marco's mouth rose into his signature warm smile

Eren added "also Annie is out of her crystal"

Marco's face became alarmed and he entered the other room that Eren went into, he locked the door

I walked up to it I heard him sobbing saying "no she... She can't be... No"

I asked "Marco is everything alright"

I heard him say to himself "I have to kill her"

Which was followed by a scream in angony it actually shook the building Eren and I covered our ears that the screaming was that loud but Marco walked out covering his ears

He went "alright that was not me this time"

Eren looked out of the window when the sound stopped

He went "Hange is early"

Marco went "are you serious"

He looked out the window we saw the airship

Than "Marco Bodt, I think your ride is here"

Marco looked back and he said "well than Zeke, it was nice knowing you"

Eren and I turned around Marco was taking off his uniform and putting on another uniform

I asked "what are you doing"

Marco calmly said "look Paradis and Marley are enemies and yet, I was born in Paradis and I serve for Marley, I am a hard working solider here, everyone respects me so right now my job is to make sure no one engages in war or battle"

Eren asked "are you sure you can do it all by yourself"

Marco just gave us his signature warm smile and said "like what I said earlier I am a very well respected soldier"

When he finished getting ready he ran downstairs but went back up and said "hey uh Jean, Eren can you collect my stuff and take them back... Including my stuff from my cadet days"

We nodded and we climbed out of the window and waited for the ship to pass us, when it did we immediately jumped onto it

I looked down and saw everyone running soliders running calming people down Marco was one of them but some soliders went rouge I saw another solider with Marco running after them but I continued to climb up

When I got on the ship I put Marco's bag on the floor

Than I heard Connie's voice say "oi Jean whatcha got there"

I said "Marco Bodt's belongings"

"You found Marco's stuff here in Marley"

Eren said in a quiet tone "that is one conversation we are not ready to have"

Than "Jean"

I looked near the entrance it was Marco his face looked very serious

I went "what is going on now"

"I can't control all of them, Porco and I tried to stop the soliders from starting a battle but they just wouldn't listen"
