"He gave you this letter when?" I snapped at Brutus, I swiped the letter from him and glared at the boy, who was trying to sulk away from me,
"Yesterday morning," Brutus muttered as he tried he back away, but I grappled a handful of his shirt before he could,
"And you waited till now, because?" I asked him, he looked away from me, and shrugged,
"I forgot?" He questioned, a growl slipped from my lips, "Sorry?"
"Brutus... I'm going to give you a three minute head start," I said as I took a menacing step towards him, "If I catch you, I will turn you into a toad,"
"Can you actually do that?" Brutus asked, obliviously ignoring my threat,
"Wanna find out?" I asked him, his eyebrows shot up and he shook his head quickly, "I thought so, run away, now,"
I released the boy and went scurried down the hallway, like a scared animal. I scoffed at the sight before I turned and made my way to find MG, with Jed's letter in hand, I got there before MG and Ethan so I decided to read the letter, while I waited.
"God, his hand writing is awful," I muttered after I opened the paper,
"Dear Kaeden, if you're reading this, it means that Brutus gave you letter, after you woke up, and after I left. I know you're thinking I'm doing something dumb, which I when I think about it, I probably am, but the truth is, I'm doing it for a good reason. Kaleb needs help, and before you say anything, yes, I am the least qualified person to help him, but I understand what's he's going through. He hates himself for what he did to Hope, Dr. S, the others and you. I've been where he is... so I know how to help him. I know that's a lot, but I promise I will explain it after I get.
P.S. If I don't get back, you'll be so angry with me, and I definitely deserve it.
P.P.S. In case Brutus, forgets to give you this, and I'm still not back, you definitely are allowed to me mad at me.

"What's that?" I heard MG ask, I turned around saw him and Ethan walking in,
"Jed's death warrant," I muttered as I pushed the the letter into my back pocket,
"His what?" Ethan questioned,
"Don't worry about it, how's Jo?" I asked them,
"Still in the box, Lizzie said she should be fine, but Finch is staying with her until she wakes up," MG informed me, and I nodded as I took that in,
"So, will you be training with us?" Ethan asked as he took a step towards me, I saw the way his lips curled up as a smile crept onto his face,
I turned to look at the stuff MG had prepared for Ethan's training, and it was most obstacle stuff.
