Inspector Grant towered over the museum guard, his expression one of barely concealed fury. "You mean to say," the inspector growled, "after all the planning, after all the the preparations, the Phantom walked in here unchallenged?"

"He said he was one of you," the hapless guard replied. "And he had papers."

"Papers?" Inspector Grant was incredulous. "And did you think to confirm whether these papers were genuine?"

"But he said he was Inspector Grant - ."

""I am Inspector Grant!" The inspector let this information sink in, then, "Give me a reason why I shouldn't fire you?"

"Because it's my first day?
