"Ok, Olivia, you're doing great honey! Just a few more pushes!..." Spencer saids as he is right next to a scared Olivia.

Olivia's emotions are taking over her right now as she is going through a lot within a hour and an half. Ever since she saw her ex pop up again at her grand opening, she didn't know how to react. She didn't know what to do. She thought that she didn't have to think about or see Calvin again after the pain he caused her. But now, he has come back into her life and Olivia did not want to pray for the worst.

On top of that, she didn't know how Spencer or her family would react. Especially her husband. She didn't want Spencer to act irrationally when it came to Calvin. Granted, he's never met her ex but Liv hoped that if they ever crossed paths, that them meeting each other wouldn't go awry.

Olivia is sobbing and panting in pain as she is trying to push her twins out of her.

"Oh god, it hurts so fucking much! Ah!" Olivia screams out.

Two doctors are in front of Liv helping her give birth, while also trying to make her "calm". Spencer is holding his wife's hand for dear life, as he is being supportive and loving as possible in this moment. Even though Liv is gripping the hell out of him, Spencer didn't care. He, including Liv, was ready to get them babies out of her.

"I know baby but you gotta push for us, ok? Come on baby... one... two... three!" Spencer saids, giving encouragement. Olivia takes a breath before pushing.

"Ah!" Liv yells out. After a few seconds, Jackson is born. Liv and Spencer hear their son crying and they instantly become emotional. They are happy that one of their children is born. Liv and Spencer smile as they see their son being taken care of by the doctors. Liv smiles while panting.

"Oh my god... he's really here...." Olivia saids tearfully. Spencer agrees. "Yeah, he really is. You did it baby..." He saids, giving her a forehead kiss.

While Jackson is being cared for, Olivia gets ready for another birth. The doctors walk up to her, kneeling down, getting ready. "Alright, Olivia. You ready for your daughter to be born?" One of the doctors asked. Olivia nods her head, taking a deep breath again before laying back on the bed, beginning to push. But before she could push...

"Wait... don't move..." One of the doctors says. Liv and Spencer become confused and worried. Mostly Olivia. They didn't know what was going on and why she couldn't push. The doctor looks like she is trying to fix something near her body. 

"Wh.. why? What's wrong?..." Olivia asks scared but still in pain. 

"Your baby is breach." The parents gets confused. 

"What does that mean?" Spencer asks worried. 

"It means that your baby is not in the position to be pushed out yet. We need to basically move your baby into a good position so that you can be able to push." Olivia starts to panic more as she is scared for her "unborn" daughter. She doesn't want to think of the worse. 

"Oh god! No... no.. please don't let anything happen to my daughter... she needs to be with her family... please... don't let her die...." Olivia saids incredibly sobbing. She is scared. Spencer and the doctors comfort her. He comes close to her, while still holding her hand. 

"Hey, I don't wanna hear that. Our daughter is going to be born and she is going to be healthy, ok? She is arriving soon baby. God is not taking her away from us. I'll be damned. I'll be damned if any of you get taken away from me. So, let the doctors do their job and when the time is right, you can push. I got you honey. I got you, ok?" Olivia looks at him, nodding, eventually calming down. She realized in this moment that she needed to breathe and pray for the best for Charlotte. 

"Ok...." Liv saids softly. Spencer gives her a kiss. "That's right baby. I wanna hear good things out of you, ok? It's gonna be alright honey. I love you. And our twins love you too..." Olivia smiles, nodding again before the doctors do their process. 

After a few minutes of painful moving, Olivia was finally ready to push. 

"Alright Olivia, you're doing amazing honey. Now, your daughter is ready to be delivered. Are you ready to push again?" Olivia nods, smiling. 

"Yes, I want to see my baby...." She saids tearfully. The doctor smiles before getting ready. She looks at Spencer. "Spencer, you ready to hold your wife?" Spencer smiles. "You know it, do it doc." 

"Ok, one, two, three, push!" After a few more pushes, baby Charlotte was finally born, but not in the way you think. 

Olivia and Spencer smile in relief as they are happy to see their beautiful daughter. Olivia sobs. "Oh, oh baby... our baby girl... is finally here! Charlotte..." Spencer starts to cry as he is happy his full family is complete right in his eyes.  "Yeah, um... our baby is really here..." 

As they are celebrating, they realized something. They don't hear Charlotte crying. A doctor is holding her, making a face as if something was wrong. Olivia and Spencer get confused. 

"Um... doc? Where's my baby? Can I hold her?" Olivia asks, smiling. She then stops smiling when she realizes the doctor's faces. 

"Wait, why isn't she crying? What's wrong? Why are you making those faces? What happened? I wanna hold my daughter..." Olivia starts to sob again. The doctor see Charlotte not moving...

"Doctor, we need to get her into a room, stat. She's dangerously close to being a stillborn..." 

Spencer and Olivia were stunned. They didn't think they heard what they just heard... 

Did they just say Charlotte was close to being a stillborn? Did they just say Charlotte could be dead?....

"Wait, what do you mean a stillborn? Are you saying she's dead? My... baby... girl...." Olivia breaks down. Spencer's tears fall down as he is pissed and confused. He walks to the doctors. 

"What the fuck do you mean she's a stillborn? Are you saying our daughter could be dying at any moment?!" The doctor nods, confirming it. 

The pure heartbreak in the parents' faces saids it all. Olivia screams out.

"No!!!" 

While Olivia is screaming in sadness, Spencer is not believing any of this. 

"Doc, go in there and bring our fucking daughter back. We want to hear her cry and smile. Go get her!" He screams out before breaking down. 

"Don't worry, we'll do everything we can to make sure your daughter is healthy. I promise you. Your daughter is going to live..." That's all the doctor says before running out of the room, leaving the parents to process. 

A crying Spencer walks back to a crying Olivia, who is distraught from what they just heard. They both cry into each other's arms, praying that a miracle would happen. 

As they are crying, they hear a certain someone cry as well. 

Jackson. 

Spencer and Liv look at the bed to see Jackson moving around and crying. Spencer walks to him, holding him, and then walks back to Olivia. He gives Jackson to her. She cries while bouncing Jackson. 

"Oh Jackson... I hope your sister is ok... I really do..." Olivia saids sobbing. Jackson still cries. Spencer wraps his arms around his family, joining in on the emotions being let out. 

At this point, they are just hoping for the best.
