Spencer's POV:

It's been two weeks since Jackson and Charlotte were born and Olivia hasn't really been well since. She seems to be sad most of the time and she hasn't been able to have enough sleep since me and her have to take care of three babies and our businesses at the same time. It's a lot but we try to manage.

It's Christmas so I thought it would be the perfect time to show how much I love and appreciate my strong and beautiful wife. Since I've been so busy with James Enterprises, I didn't really have time to buy gifts. So that is why me and Q are at stores shopping for our wives.

"Hey, I'm sorry about Olivia man. She seems so out of it. She's tired. She's stressed. She hasn't really been happy since your twins were born. I feel really bad for her." Q saids, walking with Spencer at a mall. Spencer sighs, badly, feeling bad for his wife as well.

"Yeah man. I'm just really worried for her. I don't think I've seen her this bad since her postpartum with Kiara. She has been crying in her sleep. She hasn't been having energy. And whenever she hears Charlotte cry, she gets nervous and runs to her, like it's an emergency. Oh god, I hope she doesn't have postpartum again." Q gives him a pat on the back. "Hey, I don't think that's the case. Maybe she's fine. Maybe she just needs time to handle it all since she gave birth to two people and she went through a near death experience with one of them."

Spencer nods, listening. Q continues. "But hey, it's going to be alright. It's Christmas. It's the season of giving. So, let's give Olivia a memorable gift so that she can be cheered up! How does that sound?" Spencer looks at him smiling. He thought that maybe giving Olivia the best present ever was going to change her mood.

"That sounds good. Yeah, let's do it! But I need backup though." Spencer saids. Q smiles. "You know we got you." He saids referring to Grace and Mia. Spencer smiles before walking around the mall to buy the most special gifts.

Meanwhile...

Grace and Mia were with Olivia at home helping with decorating the Christmas tree. Spencer and Olivia's house were already decorated, they just needed to finish the tree. The children, including Kiara, Madison, Jackson and Charlotte, were all playing with Christmas toys, having a great time.

While Grace and Mia were trying to talk to Olivia about the holiday season but Olivia was spacing them out. She was focused on putting ornaments on the tree.

"Gosh, Olivia. You have such precious children. I swear, they are angels every time I spend time with them. Especially this one." Mia saids, holding Charlotte, who is smiling, playing with a plushie. Olivia's thoughts were stopped once she hears her daughter cutely laughing. Being tired and out of it, she starts to feel disorientated and starts to feel weak.

"So, Olivia, are you excited for your Christmas presents? Or should I say, your stocking tonight?" Mia slips out. Grace playfully hits her in the arm, chuckling. "Mia, be quiet. Not in front of the children." Mia laughs. "My bad. I'm sorry my precious babies.. so Liv, are you excited?!" Liv doesn't pay attention. She is still hanging ornaments, staying silent.

"Liv, honey?" Grace asks. Olivia starts to tremble. She starts to see a blurry vision as she is hanging an ornament. She tries to snap out of it by shaking her head but it's very hard for her to keep her balance. Mia and Grace start to get worried.

"Liv, babe, are you ok?" Mia asks. Olivia slightly clears her throat before quickly answering. "Um.. yeah.. I'm fine. I just blanked out..." Grace and Mia don't believe her. They immediately intervene. They put the kids in a room to let them play while the two women try to check on Olivia. "We'll be right back Liv. We're just going to put the kids in a room real quick." Mia saids. Olivia silently nods.
