18.

One month later...

Today was a very special day for Spencer and Olivia. It was their first anniversary since they got married. 

In both perspectives, Spencer and Olivia wanted to do something special for the both of them, but since Olivia was in recovery, they thought that they couldn't go big or all out. Or at least that's what Liv thought. 

Spencer had already planned something special for Liv months prior but since she was currently in recovery, he decided to tone it down a bit. He was still going to celebrate their anniversary whether she liked it or not.

The morning came and Spencer made sure he woke up before Liv and the kids so that he'll have time to plan the day with Liv. He gets out of bed and quietly walks out of the room to call Mia. 

Mia: Hey Spence

Spencer: What's up Mia? How are you and Liv?

Mia: Honestly, we're really improving. Me and Liv are having honest but also funny conversations. Maddy and Kiara really like to play with each other. And um... yeah.. overall, me and Liv are finding our way back into becoming us again. And I'm so glad we are because I miss her, you know?

Spencer: Yeah, I feel you. I missed you two fools being together

Mia: (chuckles) Shut up. So why did you call me?

Spencer: Um...

Mia: Wait... let me guess. You want me and Q to cook something for you and Liv because it's your wedding anniversary? 

Spencer: How did you know?

Mia: You wouldn't stop talking about it, secretly mind you, for months. You've told us months prior

Spencer: Oh yeah 

(They both laugh)

Spencer: So, you down?

Mia: Of course we're down. Liv needs this right now. She will love it. 

Spencer: Ok great. You don't need to do anything big. Just cook Liv's favorite meals. And I will do the rest. But I'll need help setting up though.

Mia: We got you

Spencer: Thanks

(They both hang up)

Alright baby, get ready to have a special day...

A hour goes by and Liv wakes up, already blocking her face from the sun. She groans, turning to see if Spencer was next to her, but he wasn't. She yawns, stretching before she senses something. She smells really good breakfast being made. She smiles, knowing it's her and Spencer's anniversary.  She knew that Spencer was already "cooking" up something special for their day. 

Although she wanted to celebrate with her husband, she still felt hesitant and a bit sad considering she was still healing. She really didn't want to do anything huge. She just wanted to chill and have a relaxing day. But she didn't want to make Spencer feel bad for not contributing so she decides to smile and cooperate. 

She hears footsteps coming towards the room and once she sees her beautiful soul with a tray of food, she is instantly blushing. 

"Happy Anniversary my beautiful, loving and strong wife! I made your favorite! Breakfast in bed!" Spencer saids, in the happiest tone. Olivia chuckles, being in awe. She takes the tray of food before letting Spencer lay next to her on the bed, giving him kisses on the lips.
