The twins, Marcel and Maurice arrived about half an hour later, bringing their nephew Louis, who was just four months younger than them, to the mansion in their car. The oldest child of Adrien and Marinette was sitting in the passenger seat, while Marcel was driving. Maurice and his new girlfriend, were in the back, because the young man was a little overprotective and scared, that his brother or his nephew would try to make a move.

Despite both young men telling him, they would never do that and that Océane would never cheat on him, he had just insisted.

After introducing the young female to everyone, they eventually sat down at the table, Marcel asking with a puzzled face:

"What's with you, Leni? You're drinking water? Got too drunk yesterday to have some wine tonight?"

Nathalie, who was just passing by behind his chair hit the back of his head, lovingly but still firmly.

"Your sister is having a baby and even if she didn't, what makes you think she wouldn't drink water for dinner?"

Maurice, who was already smiling at his older sibling answered for him:

"Relax mum. First of all, we're in France, so not having wine at a Christmas party feels kinda odd and second, you have never seen her drink!"

Hélène blushed and mumbled something about, where he should stick his head, so he would just hold his stupid mouth shut.

Antoinette giggled.

"It's just like back when we were kids. They can still set you off with a little sentence!"

Her girlfriend gave her an angry look, making her gaze at the opposite wall very quickly, trying to not upset her even more.

Océane just said, still a little shy, but with a tender smile:

"Well, congratulations, I guess. Where's the father? Is he here too?"

Now all of them laughed, even the pregnant young woman.

"Well, the man I got pregnant from isn't here, but Antoinette and I, we have been together like forever. And though I got pregnant, when I was angry on her and drunk, we love this baby dearly and can't wait to meet her!"

Maurice' girlfriend blushed deeply and wanted to apologise and explain herself:

"I'm so, so sorry, I didn't mean to insult or judge you, I was simply asking. I you make a cute couple, I didn't want to say, that you need a man..."

Gabriel interrupted her.

"It's alright, we know, what you mean, no need to feel bad or apologize. All this social media gender, sexuality, pronoun hype never got to us. We just accept everyone the way he is and don't need to give it a name. They're a couple and love each other, no matter, if they're gay or on of those endless sexuality there are nowadays. To us, whatever makes our children happy, is normal and wonderful!"

"Actually", Marcel now blurted out, "I was wondering about that too, sis. Knowing very well, that you wouldn't just screw a random stranger, not even, if you're drunk, because even beyond that point, where you can talk and walk straight, you're only thought always has been Antoinette, so.... Who was it?"

Hélène just shrugged and shook her head, giving her brother a stern, pleading look.

"I have no idea! I was angry, I got drunk and I just went for it, no big thing!"

"Don't even try!", Nathalie now called to her son, making him grin.

"But mum, she served that one on a silver platter!", he lamented.
