Suddenly a young lady with brown hair in twintails headed towards them. Behind her was the trainees of the support department of the hunters academy.
'Layla'
Layla, one of the people being part of Ciro's team and the talented craftswomen who supported them from the rear. Without her powerful inventions that use just normal materials, the group would suffer more because of the government that halted their funds out of greed.Layla the young lady in twintails then started to speak.
"Instructor Claude"
"Layla, Is this all the trainees in your class?"
"Yes sir"
"Then let's head to the training grounds"Claude then looked at Xul and patted his shoulder.
"I'll tour you later, but I still have work to do"
Xul didn't respond because he didn't really care. Claude and the Trainees of the support department went to the training grounds and Xul just followed after them. He then felt someone tapped his shoulder. It was Zyren.
"Are you here to enroll at the academy?"
Zyren asked him with a tired tone of his voice. Xul then removed Zyren's hand and responded to him.
"I'm not, I'm just here because they dragged me here."
Claude heard what Xul said and flinched, he then looked back at the two people behind him who looked back at him when they saw his gaze.
Claude then let out a fake cough as if he was feeling the same way as he remembered how annoying Ciros is when they became partners at some point during the battle at the pentagon.
"Ahem- you'll get used to it"
"Ah, hell no!"
Zyren and Claude flinched at his answer, the trainees in the front looked at the direction of the voice shouting. Claude let his attitude be as he is someone that Ciros treats as his younger brother, that means he is important to Ciros who lost his family at war. Claude let out another fake cough and looked at the student's at the front.
"Ahem- let's move quickly, the trainees of hunting department are now waiting at the grounds"
Training grounds, it was like a huge Colosseum to them, with one big cage in the middle. Trainees of the support department were amazed at the grounds and looked around for they never stepped inside the place except for those who hunt for minor monsters or so call class F monsters as their part time jobs.
Grumble
Xul heard his stomach grumble in hunger, he never ate anything since he came to this world. He looked at the trainees in front of him walking to their seats in groups.
He then looked at Zyren who was smiling at this back and walked past him and seated to the farthest seat away from the groups. Xul then walked to Claude who was busy typing on his gear. He then reached out his hand at Claude. Claude was confused at first, however he immediately understood when he heard a grumble.
"Ha, here you go, go spend as much as you want"
He gave the money card to Xul and smiled. However, Xul sneered at his words.
"Heh- I'll make that annoying blond broke"
Claude laughed and motioned him to go. Xul then walked back at the entrance of the training grounds. Beside the door was a food dispenser, he stood in front of the machine and observed the food displayed.
Xul cannot choose what he wanted, so he just pushed all the buttons on the machine and swiped the card. The food dropped slowly one by one at the table beside. Xul stacked the food on to his arms and carried it back to the training grounds.
When he got back, He saw Claude and Zyren talking to each other.
