Lone Wolves, long forgotten

Back online Part 1

Somewhere in an unknown area in Space...

A Covenant Phantom was drifting through space.

"Does anyone copy it!" A voice on a radio said

"This is Spartan-B312 of the UNSC. I need immediate assistance!..."

...does anyone copy it!" The message repeats

Inside the Phantom everything was floating, tools, weapons, and motionless suit of Armor. The Armor was frostbite all around. Suddenly an alarm goes off and the ship comes completely Online. The artificial gravity come's online as well and the Armor falls on its back.

Hours pass as the ship starts to heat up and the frostbite on the Armor starts to unfreeze. Once it has unfroze the arms fall to the floor.

But then... the fingers start to move. Then it rolls over with a large groan, it gets its arms under itself and it gets up and looks around, clearly confused.

YOUR POV

'What happened? Where am I? Am I dead?' You keep thinking about what has happened. But then you remembered, the fall of reach, your team's deaths, being cornered, loosening your helmet, taking a helmet from a dead spartan, stealing a Phantom and flying away, forcing your body to Cryo sleep, it all came back to you like a hit on the head. But something else hit you, why did you wake up?

You scramble to the cockpit and look out the window, and see something like you had never seen before...

It looked like a space station, but it was huge! Compared to the Phantom it was an elephant and it was a flea. You had never seen anything like it.

You look at the dashboard to see if you could figure out where you were but there was nothing that could help you. 'What should I do? I need help but there is no way I could get a signal to anyone in this old thing' you thought.

Then it occurred to you 'if there is someone on that station then they could probably help me' you walk to the ship controls and start the engines, heading straight to the mysterious station hoping there was enough fuel on board to get there, and that there is someone on board who could help you.

6 hours later

You were 10 minutes from the station, and in the hours it had taken to get that far you had recovered a multitude of items. Your MA37 ICWS, M6G PDWS, energy sword, and a SPARTAN laser, you were trying to find your drop shield when you uncovered an old Relic. (I know in game you can only have two of these but I'm pretty much ignoring that rule for this story)

You pick it up and stare at it for a moment. It was a picture of you and the rest of the noble team.

You got that when you and them destroyed a Covenant corvette and Carter threatened Doctor Halsey.

'Good times' you think

A light to your Right starts flashing and you look at it. You weren't very good at languages but you could tell you were running out of power/fuel. 'Looks like I won't have time to find a hanger'

You find your drop shield and attach it to your belt and get ready to "abandon ship" as You were about to come in for the final approach. You slowly land on the station and jump out. You kept your rifle out and started looking for an entrance.

You look a the huge station and thought 'this is gonna take a while'

An hour later (sorry for all the time skips)

You had been walking for a while now. This station was absolutely huge! "It must have taken forever to build this place, I hope I can find a hanger before my oxygen depletes" you said looking at the floor... wall... uh side of the station?

You looked up towards the horizon of the station to see a strange orange object approaching, well not really approaching more like going across the station's horizon. 'maybe it is someone who can help me' you think as you start to double time towards it.

As you started getting closer you realized it was far bigger than it looked. It was a little bit bigger than the Phantom and had a green window on the front. It flew into a hanger and you followed it. You got as close as you could to it without being seen and took a defensive position just in case whoever was on the ship was Hostile.

An elevator came out from the bottom of the ship and a strange orange... person?... came out. 'Whoever they are must really love orange' you thought as the person walked toward what looked to be an entrance. You matched speed behind them, but still kept to cover so you wouldn't get spotted.

The mysterious character slowly entered the station and you quickly followed them. But as soon as you walked in you lost track of them. You looked around, you couldn't see them. You walked to the end of the hallway with your gun held up. The hallway made a sharp turn left so you went up against the wall. You aim your gun and quickly turn to the left only to be met with a huge cannon pointed at your face.

It was the person you were following.

They spoke up "who are you?" they said in a deep voice as they looked at you with an emotionless stair.

"I could ask you the same question" you reply....
