It was still early in the morning when I got up. I took of my pajamas and put in a long black dress pants and white button up and a knit black cropped sweater vest. I twisted my hair up with a claw clip letting the front pieces fall to shape my face. I went to Faiths room and woke her up. I told her to get dressed and took out her uniform. I went into the kitchen and made her breakfast and put on her cartoons. I went to my study's and packed my bag and grabbed a book.
It was 6:45 now I went back to the living room where Faith was told her to grab her bag we left the house
It was 7:39 when we got to her school I kissed her good bye and she ran off to play with her friends.
I walked the 5 blocks to the university where I worked I bought coffee from my favorite coffee stand and made my way to my lecture hall
It was 11:30 when I finished my class and some one made her way down the isle to me
"So professor I could really use your help on this case I've got." A familiar voice said
"Ah detective Cook how can I help you today",I said
"I could really use your help Mallory on this new case", Emily said.
"Well I would love to help unless it's a Morgen case", I said," I can't put my daughter in harms way."
" I understand that I do but I need you help so please I'm begging you," she pleaded.
"I'm sorry", I said" I can't."
I turned and made my way out of the lecture hall leaving Emily to alone at the bottom
"It really was lovely to see you again", I said as I turned and head out. I wasn't ready to admit it yet but I was falling for Emily and I wouldn't let myself get hurt again.
I got a call at 12:45 pm that day it was Freya. I picked up the phone.
"I've got there next location "
"Where are they", I said eagerly.
"There in a plane right now", Freya said" they're going to touch down in Roosevelt airport private landing strip."
"Well then, you'd better assemble the team and call Kia and tell them that they get to watch Faith"
"I'm on it M", Freya said,"let's make this bastards pay for what they did to our family. To Andy. "
"See you soon", I said and hung up.
I changed into my Corset and dress pants and matching blazer these ones where whit instead of black. I put my dagger in the usual spot but also had a gun holster to my left and a flash bang in my right blazer pocket. I kept my hair up and made my way to the air port
They finally touched down at 11:45 pm every one was in position I was posing as there drive in the car I put my ear plugs in ans they all got in the car Jamie, Hope, Reese, devin, and Alec. Once they where all in I threw the flash bang back and boom
