The murders of Abby Griffin-Kane and her husband Marcus threw Arkadia and America off its axis. Although the small town of Arkadia was quiet and quaint, the woman herself was born and raised there. Her career began as a medical doctor and morphed into one of politics. Within a few years she rose to being a governor, with her long term goal to run and be the first elected woman as President of the United States. Abby Griffin-Kane was famously loved an honored by many, her views and ideas of change embraced through out America; however, her career never made it to its end goal. Before she could run for the presidential election, Abby and her husband were found brutally murdered in their own home. What was once America most beloved family the turned into a horror show.  Its been two years since the murders took place and the culprit was caught red handed at the scene of her third massacre.

Before the murderer was apprehended many gave this killed a famed nickname- Wanheda. There was only one suspect they could pin to the two murders, and it was none other than Abby's eighteen year old daughter Clarke Griffin. After the murder occurred, the young Griffin vanished into thin air. Not long after her disappearance and the murders of her parents, several officials in Abby's party went missing, only to be found gunned down. A witness claimed to have seen a woman, young, and blonde fleeing the through the back long before the police arrived. This alone was enough to confirm the polices suspension of the culprit of the murders. All that was left to do was find the solid evidence and bring her in.

If only they could arrive on time before the next several murders occurred.
