Pike makes a call to the Arcadia investigators as soon as Bellamy writes down a physical report of every incident in every moment that person are 319 had confessed to cadet Blake. Bellamy that it was the right thing to do, telling Pike the truth about Clarke, but deep down inside he couldn't help but feel as if he betrayed her trust in some way. She always begged him not to tell anyone that she was speaking again after all these years but they let me know that this was the only real way to ensure that she could get some sort of justice for all the wrongdoing that has been done to her. For all of the false accusations that landed her and prison in the first place.
It takes several calls before Pike is patched through to the investigators he needed to reach for this particular case. It seemed not only will you investigate is struggling with the case was growing colder and colder with each day. Many of the investigators had given up on the case itself so there weren't many at the station to receive the call. It wasn't until the next morning that Pike received a call back from one of the investigators on Clarke's case. Bellamy was instructed to keep an eye on Clarke she was restrained until Pike authorized for her release.
In the morning Clarke was groggy and began to wake from her sedative, but she was not as calm as anyone had hoped. It was because of this that Nikko had to give her another sedative. Nikko inform Pike that morning that not only did the prisoner need to stay sedated but restrained until she healed enough to be let go. He also recommends a psychic consultation for when she is conscious enough to speak. I can freeze but he cuts a look to Bellamy with this information, knowing full well that Clark Griffin would not be talking to anyone especially a psychiatrist. The only person she would ever open up to would be Bellamy Blake. Because of this Pike instructs Bellamy to stay in medical for as long as you can until dark is not only ready to be awake but also speak.
While Bellamy watches over Clarke, Pike continues to speak with the investigators about her case. With the report written by Bellamy and the fragments of new evidence that they've gathered from the last several months, it all made sense. From the toxicology report on Abby Griffin's death, to the drug war between Azgeda and Trikru. Roan wasn't very forthcoming with information but he gave them enough for their investigation to not only continue but grow further. It was slow going but it was enough. And now with Clarke's confession and information she's given, they have enough to build on their case and go to court.
With the severity of the case it doesn't take long to present it to a judge and get the process going. Pike keeps telling me in a loop as much as possible well he stays in medical and watches over the sleeping prisoner. Nikko lessens the dosage of the sedative as a way of giving her leeway to wake up. It only takes 2 days before the judge makes a decision on the case and forms the investigators of his decision. Not long after Charmaine Diyoza, the lead investigator on the case, calls Pike to inform him of the final verdict.
Within a total three days Clarke begins to wake again, her wounds having healed enough or not to rupture the stitches on her wrist. I kept his word and continued to keep Bellamy in the loop about the courts investigation. It was soon after Bellamy was informed of the cases verdict that Clarke started to fade in and out of consciousness. Once he noticed her groggy state, Bellamy stayed seated beside medical bed until he was sure that she was going to stay awake.
She blinks several times as a soft groan leaves her lips. Her head walls from side to side as she sighs, squeezing her eyes shut and bites her lower lip. The sedative that Nikko used was strong no matter the low dosage that he used to keep her asleep. Bellamy stays seated and quiet by her side as he waits for her to fully awaken. Only when her eyes fall on him is he sure that she's conscious enough to hear and understand what's going on around her. She takes in his presents and then looks around the room, feeling the medical gown over the body, the girls wrapped around her arms, in the chains having her to the bed.
