The (Hair Color) girl stared at the house which is just across the street. She saw piles of boxes stacked in front of the house. Prodded by curiosity, she walked up to the house.
She hid behind a wall, and watched as a pale blue haired boy helped his mother to move the boxes. One of the box stumbled out of his hand. Out of reflex, she walked up to pick up the box and handed it to him. Later, she scurried away to her house realizing what she's doing. The boy watched in bewilderment as her petite figure distanced, but he shrugged it and went back to help his mother.

(First Name) walked out of the grocery store. Her mother had asked her to buy some groceries. She also allowed her to buy some sweets for herself too. (First Name) hummed happily as she popped a candy into her mouth.

Her humming was distracted by a sound of bouncing ball. Being a curious 9 years old she is, she looked around, and a figure jogging on a basketball court. She immediately recognize him as her neighbour that she helped out two days ago. What's he doing out here all by himself?

She sneaked to the basketball court, and stared at the boy. It seems that the boy has acknowledged her presence, so he turned his back to the girl, and bowed to her, "Hello."

Both bewildered and surprised, (First Name) squeaked a reply. Later, she freaked out about how she ended up there by curiosity, and apologized to him frantically.
The boy merely smiled and patted her hair, saying that it's okay for her to watch him play basketball. He even asked her if she would like to accompany him every time he play basketball
With her cheek dusted in pink, she eagerly nodded at his request.

"Say, Kuroko-kun," (First Name) stared up at the sky, "Even though you're a high schooler, would you still play basketball?"

It was just another day when (First Name) accompanied Kuroko playing basketball as usual. Her accompany has seemed to turn out as a habit. They turned out to be best friends over weeks of her company.

He stared at her with a blank expression on his visage, "Of course, (Last Name)-chan. Why'd you ask that?"

She smiled, "Nevermind. I just have this feeling that you'd turn out to be the best player in Japan, someday."
"Is that so? What makes you so sure of it?" The boy tilted his head in confusion.

"I don't know," the girl stared down her lap, "I just have a feeling, that's all. But, I'm sure you will be Japan's best player someday, Kuroko-kun."

The boy was astonished, but he smiled softly, "Thank you, (Last Name)-chan."

Kuroko glanced over the bleachers, and noticed a familiar (Hair Color). He smiled, and raised up his fist towards the (Hair Color) girl.
The (Hair Color) smiled, and offered out her fist to him as well,

"I knew you'd win." She muttered softly.
